It’s the second time we have stayed, we enjoyed our first visit so much we booked on the journey home! You will get a warm welcome, comfortable accommodation, beautiful surroundings, peace and quiet, dog friendly area. Our hosts were on hand for any advice on local area and recommendations. Highly recommend.

Jane was fantastic and the apartment was even better! Even though we live on the Wirral the view of the Mersey and the Liverpool skyline never gets old! Clean and fresh place, responsive communication. A real home from home. Thank you, we will be back soon.

My self and my wife had a lovely stay here. It was so quite and peaceful it was just what the doctor ordered. The beds were super comfortable with high end products all around the apartment it really did give it a luxurious feel. The showers were hot and powerful. Few local shops that kept us going. We had more cafes near the marina which was also ideal. We would 100% recommend to anyone coming for a short break. Iona was so responsive and very professional. All the information and instructions were very clear and communication was great. We will be back in the summer for sure.

We had a great sty in Liverpool. The apartment was super comfortable and very warm (it was freezing outside) My first time using Airbnb and Niccy was really helpful and when I messaged them I got a reply in less than 2 minutes 10/10 for the whole experience

An amazing place for a romantic getaway, the location is as near to perfect as you can get. The host Janet is very friendly, helpful and is very quick to respond to any queries we had.

Perfect stay for a quiet January getaway. The flat had everything we could need, and the views from every window were amazing. We could have watched the ocean from the bedroom all day! Check in, communication and cleanliness were all fantastic. My partner and I would highly recommend this place and we can’t wait to return one day soon!

Just come back from the best 4 days. The apartment is in the most perfect location overlooking the beach/sea. The apartment is very spacious, plenty of room for our party of 4 adults and 2 children. The place is spotless and so well equipped. Can’t wait to book again

The rooms were lovely and comfortable, the living area was ideal for our little family, and the location was within easy reach of too many attractions to fit into our weekend stay! The kids absolutely loved it, and particularly skimming stones on the little beach just by the house. Hope to be back again soon!

We stayed in Helens property for a weekend away. The house was ideal, loads of room, we loved the juke box :) We all had a lovely relaxing time, Helen was always responsive with messages. We would love to return to the house.

We had a wonderful stay in the House on the Beach. It is fabulous - tastefully designed, furnished and decorated and with large windows giving views over the beautiful seascape and landscape. It is right on the beach and it even has its own jetty! It is in a very private and peaceful location, yet close by car to nearby villages, shops, restaurants and cafes. There are also walks along the coastline and into the countryside right from the house. It is very spacious for families, even extended families, or groups of friends. We went in November, when it was cold, but the heating warmed up the house very quickly. I imagine it is great in summer too. We would go back to the House on the Beach in a heartbeat!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely place! The house was spacious with good-sized bedrooms, making it perfect for our group. The location near the lake was amazing. We especially enjoyed the home cinema, which made our evenings even more fun. Overall, a great spot for a getaway—we’d definitely come back!

Our third festive stay. We love this place. Perfect for hosting family who live locally. Lots of communal space and space to spread out. Fabulous to stay in a place with such a well equipped kitchen too particularly at Xmas. Thank you.

Lynn’s place was perfect for myself, my husband and our 14 month old. We spent new years here and even though the weather was a bit rough we had the best time, so glad we were able to stay to see in the new year in such a lovely place! The living space was perfect for our little one to practice his walking and safely play while looking out at the amazing view. The location was spot on, the view was incredible. We went to Black Rock Sands, walked to look at the steam train and to the little town, drove to Portmeirion and drove out to beautiful Beddgerly for tea. Big Rock Cafe does the best donuts we’ve ever tried! 😂❤️ we also got a glimpse of the northern lights ✨ And last but certainly not least, Lynn was amazing!!! Amazing communication skills, very lovely and was always on hand if we needed anything. Thank you Lynn!! We will be back and recommend anyone else too!

Great place - modern, clean, and with a beautiful view out the back onto a river. Hayley was very helpful and responsive.

Katie’s how was very roomy, homely and clean. Everything you need for a week’s holiday is catered for. Downstairs toilet a big bonus as well as a fab washer and dryer Thank you Katie for letting us stay.

What a great stay! Beautiful location - even better than the photos. Sue was so helpful making the check in very easy and showing us how everything worked. Very friendly family. Apartment located at the top of the family home; private and secure. Host Clare and husband very friendly and on tap if needed. Spacious and clean, great views across the golf course, Hoylake with full amenities only 15 minutes walk, beach 5 minutes. Recommended

The apartment was wonderfully cosy with everything I could possibly need for my stay and more. It was a great base for exploring with some beautiful walks on the doorstep, but also a lovely place to come back to and spend time in. Sue and Pete are amazing hosts and so generous with not just their time but also all the little extras they provide. I would love to stay here again!

The flat is perfectly placed in New Brighton, close to the water front, the train station and the various bars and restaurants in Victoria Road, yet in a quiet road. Neil was a perfect host, respectful but very responsive.

This was the second time staying at Chris apartment and again it didn’t disappoint. We had a fantastic time, Chris was very helpful in anything we needed to know. I can’t fault anything, the apartment was spotless clean and we will definitely be back to visit again in the future.

Great little stay in the centre of Llangollen. Been to the town many times but this little basement flat is definitely somewhere I would stay again. Really well appointed kitchen with bread, butter, eggs, milk and more left for us, along with all the bits you would need for a stay. A cosy lounge with a log fire already made and view from the front door of Dinas Bran. Recommended.

Great location to explore Chester. The apartment was spacious and felt safe and was clean. The host was available if needed.

Absolutely stunning views and so peaceful. Adele's place had everything you need for a nice stay, lovely and warm as it was freezing outside, so cosy and the bed was very comfortable,we loved our two day stay. Everything close by shops pubs cafe,s. would definitely stay again
