This unique holiday home, with a decking area of the wirral waterfront has a style all of its own! + free parking( if reserved ) please note, there are steps down to the property, (as we are situated on a road with a hill) the steps take you down to a beautiful view from the garden decking ,and then on to our very stylish lower apartment , cruise ships and other vessels sailing along , which can be seen clearly ,a very relaxing place to stay while you enjoy sitting on the decking area.!

Lovely 2-Bedroom Barge Brunswick Dock Liverpool!

Beautiful, spacious 2-bedroom barge! The boat is located on the Brunswick dock with parking available at the Liverpool Yacht club. The house boat has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful views of the dock. There is an indoor fireplace as well as a TV and Wifi available! Guests have full access to the entire houseboat, no sharing with host or other guests. Upon arrival guests will receive a welcome basket and full tour of the barge! :) *Welcome baskets may vary!

We stayed at Melsmere Lodge for a long weekend. Knowing the area well, I was so surprised to uncover this gem of a holiday home in an idyllic location. The Lodge was stunning along with its surroundings, clean, peaceful and very private but also close enough to local shops, restaurants etc. Hosts were brilliant, excellent communication, instructions and even left fresh eggs and milk for our arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our 3 kids didn’t want to leave, they enjoyed it that much. If we are back down the Wirral for another trip, Melsmere Lodge would be our first port of call. Thanks again to Greg and Lucy for making our trip so memorable.

Very spacious and modern home, very good attention to detail and interior decoration and design was very nice with great amenities. Really enjoyed our stay for 2 couples which was made much more homely with 2 bathrooms and comfortable spaces and bedding. Location was perfect for ferry/cruises and only a short walk to the city centre. Would definitely recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you again!

One of the best holiday cottages we've stayed in. Very clean, cosy and quirky, with loads of thoughtful touches. Well equipped kitchen, lovely welcome hamper, even a tin of biscuits for the dog. We wanted a coastal location with walks from the door, with places to eat and drink nearby, and we got just that. It was also beautifully quiet at night so we slept like logs. Loads to explore nearby by car, train and ferry. Totally recommend a New Brighton break! Thanks Kate. We had a fabulous time. :-)

Really wonderful place, exactly how described and really quiet and peaceful. The cabin itself is very cozy especially once you get the fire going and in the mornings it’s nice to be able to sit outside by the pond and admire your surroundings. Michal was a wonderful host and made sure we felt right at home. Would love to stay there again.

Had a great stay on Robert's boat it was exactly like the photographs very roomy for 4 people & beautiful decor. Everything was extremely clean & the kitchen had everything you need if you did want to cook. We had a few electricity issues but Robert responded very quickly & sent a guy in to sort the problems out.

We recently had the pleasure of staying on a Titanic-themed houseboat in Liverpool, and it exceeded our expectations in every way! Alan, the caretaker, was incredibly friendly and responsive, ensuring we felt right at home. The boat was clean, tidy, and wonderfully warm and cozy, which set the perfect ambiance for our stay. Our group, made up of 13-year-olds, had an absolute blast dancing, creating TikToks, and planning games together. The stunning sunrise in the morning was just the cherry on top of our fantastic experience. I noticed there were some bad reviews about the boat being dirty and having mold. However, we found it to be very clean and tidy during our stay. Additionally, there’s a lovely café just a few steps away, making it easy to grab a delicious meal or snack. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I highly recommend this houseboat for anyone looking for a fun and memorable getaway!
