Excellent choice for a little studio in a well located part of the city. Decent internet, cable tv, big bathroom, comfortable bed and couch, AC works good, mosquitos stay out, fan, gas stove for some basic cooking, private terrace/floor… maybe the best part is an extremely well communicated and friendly host who speaks excellent English. Liked it so much I wanted to extend my stay. You pay electricity. Using the fridge and AC probably hit you the hardest there but it’s not terrible. Really recommend this place to solo or couple travelers. For short or longer term stays

I had a great stay in Cotonou at Théo's... My installation was facilitated by the kindness and helpfulness of his brother... Very nice accommodation, vtrew... I will definitely go back for my next stay in Cotonou...

My stay at Tite Renaud's apartment was more than pleasant, the apartment exactly matched the images, the furniture super comfortable and clean . Everything was thought out in the details , all the useful items were available at the apartment and I especially liked the fact that there was also a pharmacy box. Tite Renaud is a friendly and active host. The value for money is exquisite, I highly recommend it again and again!

Nothing to say; probably my best airbnb stay to date: - the apartment is large, clean, well equipped with many outlets that work all, TV, fans everywhere, air conditioning, same games console, laundry, washing machine, etc. - several beaches 10 min away - European supermarket nearby - gym 5 min walk - all shops in the neighborhoods 2 min walk away - safety is very good, doors that close well, gate that closes well, always someone watching back and forth - Aidah, the on-site manager was an incredible help. I had to have a birthday, she helped me. I had to reload the meter, take a sim card, guide a taxi to come: she was always there to help! Really a great place that I recommend without bookings and for sure my wife and I will be back!
