Monthly Rentals in Little Tallapoosa River

Such an amazing property! My sister and I came out for the weekend to enjoy a time to relax and read our books. Having viewed pictures of the cabin prior to our arrival we knew it was a “cute little place”, but as soon as we stepped inside we knew it was so much more than that! Everywhere we looked there was something to admire! We probably spent our first full hour here oohing and ahhing and calling each other’s attention to some new detail or design we discovered! It was such an enrichment to our stay to read the Fairytale Cabin binder, learning the history of the property as well as the story behind each of the superbly restored and repurposed building materials! It had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend away, from soaking in the hot tub, hiking the trail down to the river, to the friendly little cardinal and armadillo that visited us! We’re excited about the future of the Riversong Retreat, and have already started planning for when we come back!

The home was exactly what our crew member needed while working in the area. Was so thankful to stay there. Quick communication from the owners. Super helpful. Thank you for letting him stay. Would gladly stay again if in the area.

Kenny is extremely hospitable and did a great job with this place. A couple of things I would add for parents with young children: Kenny does provide a pack-n-play crib for babies. We brought ours and then found out they have one here, which is great if you need the space for a road trip. This MAY have been in the description and I overlooked it. 2. You’ll want to bring blackout curtains if your kids are used to a dark room. The light from the road comes into the front bed room especially and you’ll want to address that. Great place to stay, would recommend to a friend.

I had a nice weekend here while I was in town visiting family. The property is beautiful and peaceful. Would definitely stay again.
