Monthly Rentals in Little River

We had an incredible stay at Gary & Loretta's cottage Thanksgiving weekend! We were in town for the Tech-UVa game and this place more than exceeded our expectations! Gary met us upon arrival and walked us through the house. The house is beautifully decorated, and they have thought of EVERYthing! We were able to take advantage of hiking their property on the well-maintained and marked trails. We were able to enjoy morning coffee with delicious cinnamon rolls that they provided for us. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, and the 4 of us truly loved the place. We are already planning on events we can go to in the future just so we can return! I was also impressed with the responsiveness to any questions we had and communication was outstanding! If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet getaway, or just want to feel like you are at home, then look no further! Thanks again to both of you!

The thing that stood out the most to us was the cleanliness. This was one of, if not, the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. We personally liked the location as well because it was out and away from congestion. The host was very helpful with information about current weather and road conditions prior to our arrival. We will definitely stay here again if we're back in the area.

I have been returning to Shalene's airbnb for over a year now and could not be a more satisfied! Her apartments live up to their descriptions and Shalene, herself, is super sweet, responsible, and communicative. I will be back, for sure, and would absolutely recommend her airbnbs for anyone wishing to spend time in Floyd and environs.

Well appointed Airbnb. Hosts were responsive and welcoming. Even though my stay was cut short, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay.
