absolutely fantastic property delivered more than I expected very happy indeed

I have just stayed here for the second time, now on a different room. I must say any of the rooms is a great choice. I could see some improvements were done in the property since I was first there, which is evidence of Suresh's aim to improve and wanting people to feel welcomed and at home. Suresh is a very nice and helpful host. I will be looking at returning here when next in Kettering.

perfect 15 mins from Northampton Station. Extremely clean so many positives can't list them all, and parking right outside.

A beautiful, well-appointed cottage in a quiet village. Dog-walking was unfortunately limited from the cottage itself but ok within a short drive. Loved the cottage!
