There are two golf courses with-in 5 miles and has several restaurants located near the Village of Linwood. Bay City is a larger city 10 miles to the south. I-75 is just 3miles to the west. The home has a large front and back deck. The home is on a main highway (603 S.Huron Rd) and is tucked away nicely behind a Billboard.

It is located next to a pond and fire pit. ( It is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.)
