John was very straightforward, respectful, and all instructions were very clear. Place was nice and cozy with adjustable AC which was perfect for the winter. I would happily stay again and recommend others to as well!

Booked with plans to travel to NYC, it was very convenient to stay here. It is located on a quiet street and I was able to sleep peacefully. Having fast internet to work from home is also a plus. Host was great and helped me with parking. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend!
