Holiday rentals with a patio in Lincolnshire

Thank you for a fabulous weekend in your beautiful home. It was more stunning than the photographs on the site. It is a great space with decor that makes the most of all of the features. Having a parking space and an outdoor decking area are added bonuses. A perfect location overlooking the park and river and yet a short walk into town to lots of independent shops and chain stores. The local pubs, cocktail bar and restaurants are all a very short walk away. Highly recommend if you can find a date the apartment is available! I want to go back in the warm weather to enjoy the outside space 😊

Nice comfortable, very well presented, warm & within arms reach of the local amenities, restraunts. Figs downstairs on the arcade 5* The Kingsway 5* Cafes, Marples on sea view St 5* (many more) & some of the countries best fish & chips shops to name a few, Steel's corner house in the market place 2 minutes walk Ernie Beckett's also in the Market place & Ocean fish n chips on St Peters AVE. Arrival instructions were spot on! The keys were a bit tricky at first getting in through the front doors but found using the rear access alot easier along with parking at the back of the property on Dolphin St. Thank you for the Chocolates and wine which were enjoyed over a game of monopoly & cards, nice homely, warm and cosy. It's the first time we've used Air B&B and we was very impressed with Jimmy's place. It is situated on Alexandra road actually on the sea front and next to other apartments and can be busy in the daytime. 4 minutes walk to the train station & near all local bus routes👌

I have stayed in Kelly's accommodation before, my friends absolutely loved Kelly's accommodation and would definitely stay again.

Had an absolutely amazing stay! It was my family and I's first time at an Air BnB and it really exceeded all expectations. The place was spotless and had all the information you needed posted inside. The hosts had thought of everything with the amenities and we were so grateful for the suprise of the breakfast items, milk and butter. We will definitely be coming back in the future - it was like a home from home ☺️

The chalet was just like in the pictures: super cosy, intimate and peaceful. Our dogs loved the beach, and Marilyn made sure at all times that our needs were met to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We really recommend this spot, and we'll definitely visit again in the summer.

This apartment is perfectly located, clean and has everything you need. Would recommend and would book again if I come back to Cleethorpes.

Had a lovely weekend break here for my partners birthday, the place looked just like the photos and felt really spacious and private. Harry and his wife were great hosts, the kitchen was well stocked and had all the appliances you could need and there was lots to do nearby and a bonus that it’s close to shops/supermarkets as well, thank you!

Fabulous little flat. Had an issue with the cooker which was repaired very quickly. Great communication. Staying for longer than planned.

Dawn was at all times helpful and provided solutions to all my needs as a long term tenant. Be it arranging for food in the fridge at my arrival date, or finding a laundry help in the near vicinity. I felt very well taken care of and the cottage met all my expectations.

Tidy, cosy home and in a great location We loved our stay here!

Beautifully decorated and it had everything we needed for a lovely stay with our two doggies. It was warm and cosy. Although we only stayed one night, we would have been very comfortable staying longer. A special bonus was the secure outside area and off-street parking. A really lovely property and excellent host.

Our contractor team enjoyed their stay. It works perfectly when each member of the team has their own space and they always appreciate having secure parking when working away from home on site.

Where to start about this beautiful place ? The hosts have created a haven of aesthetic tranquility. Everything has been lovingly considered from the stunning wood flooring to the furniture. The property has subtle reminders of its coastal setting accessorised to perfection yet always practical. Great outdoor space and a two minute walk to the beach ( you can see the dunes from all the windows ). The kitchen is well appointed providing a home from home environment and the log burner is a welcome addition as the temperatures start to drop. The bathroom is fantastic and even has a large bath and both bedrooms are comfortable and uniquely decorated in heritage and Ibizan style.The only slight challenge is the WiFi signal is very limited throughout the Fitties (not just this listing ) however this can cause a few issues when watching a film or playing Sonos however, there is so much more to do in the area-terrestrial tv works fine. Recommend the cinema and magpie cafe ( booking rec)

Bungalow was exactly as described very clean welcoming and cost, Ruth was efficient at replying and very friendly and easy to liaise with. Worth a visit if looking for a peaceful quiet country break!

What to say.....really this place has it all, its small, but you dont feel cramped, natural light and those touches that make you feel cared for. Cozy, and close to the town, peacefull with great local dog walks. Really you couldnt ask for more, hope to return soon.

A perfect flat with everything you could need, including tea / coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits - a lovely touch for anyone arriving late in the day / evening. Full instructions on how to find the flat with photos was really useful and when I was being a bit dumb on how to open the key safe, Hannah came to the rescue within minutes of me calling her. Everything was clean, there was plenty of bedding, a really good sized bath towel and the kitchen area, although small was very well stocked. I had been worried it might be a bit noisy due to being on the beach front and near a few pubs, restaurants etc. However, I didn't hear anything, had 2 very peaceful night's sleep and a delicious breakfast at the cafe downstairs. The location is perfect to walk straight down to the beach or along the prom and not far from the main entertainment areas with plenty of places to eat and drink dotted along the way. I will be back!

Easy to follow instructions. Light,bright and airy studio apartment with all essentials for a short stay. Comfortable double bed and sofa, small kitchenette area with fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle, and a well equipped bathroom which contained a few extra bits that you might have forgotten ie first aid kit, toothbrushes, Fairy liquid to wash mugs. Small, private patio and your own parking spot on the front drive. Davinia was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be returning.

Great location right on the main street in Woodhall Spa. It is a busy road ,but didn't affect us, just worth bearing in mind if you are looking for absolute peace. Was perfect for us as we dumped the car at the back and did everything in Woodhall on foot. Beautifully appointed apartment and exceptionally responsive host. Ate at Kitchinetta both breakfast and lunch, had nice Indian across the road. 30 mins into Lincoln. lovely little break and will be back. Thanks Harriet

The photographs don't convey how spacious the apartment is inside. The accommodation was well furnished, well equipped and immaculately clean. There were small jars of sweets & dog treats to greet us as well as lovely toiletries provided, which was a lovely touch, as well as milk, tea & coffee. The bed was very comfortable which is always appreciated after a long drive. The location was perfect for our needs & our hosts directions made the accommodation easy to find and the apartment has its own dedicated parking space at the rear. It is also dog friendly with a small enclosed garden to let our dogs have a run about. It was our first visit to Woodhall Spa and what a lovely place it is with its quirky shops, eateries and an amazing bakery. There is also a cinema in the woods dating back to 1922 which is still going strong! We would happily recommend this accommodation and look forward to coming back soon as we would love to explore the area more on our next visit.

Brilliant little find for us. Best equipped place we have stayed in. The added extras of bread, milk, beer, wine, eggs, tangerines, butter, plus teas coffees and more. So cosy and warm with a conservatory attached to watch the busy bird life. Pristine accommodation with attention to detail. A shame we had to leave. Highly recommended from us.
