Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Lincolnshire

We had a great stay, Trina was really responsive and gave lots of clear information which made check in really easy. The location of the Property is fantastic and really easy to get to the Cathedral and centre. The house was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. We would really recommend it as a place to stay in Lincoln. Thanks Trina!

Just stayed over the Twixmas period. The house was very centrally located in the cathedral quarter, with quaint shops and pubs within a 1 minute walk. Even though very central the house was very quiet, so best of both worlds. The house had every amenity required for our stay, it is very tastefully decorated and the beds were super comfy. It was very easy to find the house and also easy to get inside. The parking permit was a great bonus and we found parking easy on the street approx 3 min walk away. Joy was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. We would very much recommend this house. The perfect stay in Lincoln.

We stayed for a long weekend with friends and children and found the house to cover all our requirements. All the bedrooms were very spacious. We had a slight issue with the WiFi but was quickly sorted out with a prompt response from Chris. The location of the house is also great for visiting the castle and beautiful cathedral and surrounding areas. Many thanks.

Had a great couple of nights here. Very peaceful and hot tub was great! Caravan had everything we needed and more like home from home. Host very friendly and helpful and my daughter left a jumper there and they are posting it to me! Would love to stay again thank you! 🤩

I couldn't be happier. Peter is a great host, he is great with communication and clear with instructions. He is a lovely and friendly person. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. We loved the stove in this colder weather and enjoyed the honey from Peter's beehives. It was very kind of him to leave us honey, bacon, milk, butter and eggs. Lovely touches. We hope to return again some day. Couldn't recommend Peter and the cottage enough. Thank you.

Staying at Sylvia's was extremely pleasant, very comfortable home from home. Staying at Sylvia's made a very stressful time so much easier. The landlord's of both the Nags Head and the Royal Oak were fantastic, great thai night food at the Royal Oak and were able to get fish and chips for 19 people and eat in the Nag's Head. The landlord of the Nag's head,gave us a free round of drinks,and we sampled his range of gin's too! Thankyou also to the people of Heckington for letting us,take over the pubs,very friendly people. We came to Heckington from Devon,Hampshire and Northampton. Regards Julie

The barn was lovely and clean as shown in the photos. Jenny was kind and helpful telling us about the local area with the activities to do along with how the hottub worked. I can’t pick a fault with anything I would highly recommend to other people and would stay here again. Everything got a 5 star rating.

Lovely, warm apartment in a quiet location in central Cleethorpes, a short walk away from the seafront and bars and restaurants . Rebecca is the perfect host.

We had a great stay at Jimmy's place. It was lovely and warm when we arrived on a freezing day. Jammy was quick to respond to my questions and requests. The location is fantastic. We have stayed here before and will definitely be back.

A well-located spacious apartment in a quiet area with all mod cons for a short or long term stay. Close to Scunthorpe centre and a 10 minute walk from a retail park with supermarkets and shops.

Wow! Gil and Philip have created a magical experience that went far beyond our expectations. The lit log wood burner on our arrival was very welcome, the animals very friendly and the added extra treats really excelled. We loved our stay and would highly recommend, whether with children, friends, or as a romantic break.

We heavily recommend Caroline's cottage - the cottage was extremely clean, comfortable, well furnished, easy to find, parking was no problem, is in the centre of a village which is located close to many local attractions and there is an excellent bus service to Hull on the doorstep. My wife and I spent a wonderful extended weekend in Laceby and the cottage provided the ideal base.

Lovely lodge in an excellent location. The lodge was much bigger than we were expecting. The bedrooms are a great size and had so much wardrobe space. Upstairs the kitchen was big and has everything you need for cooking and has a great variety of utensils. Lovely big comfy sofas and table and chairs in the living room. The lodge would fit a big family or two families comfortably. The site is lovely with a golf course, lake and good dog walking trail. There is also a pool and spa facilities that looked lovely but they were not open when we stayed. We will definitely come back here in the summer as it’s such a lovely location/site and it would be great to use the outside balcony/patio area and BBQ facilities. Marc is a great host and sent through lots of information before the stay and was very responsive to messages. We had friends staying at the site at the same time who had a smaller lodge, they loved ours and are also going to book in the summer. Would definitely recommend booking.

Visited Moortown house to celebrate my 60th birthday with family, it was wonderful the house and the surroundings were perfect, the kitchen is well equipped, the lounge and dining room are comfortable and spacious, we all made good use of the hot tub and pool especially the children. Robert the host was very helpful and friendly before and during our stay with a great recommendation for Sunday lunch. Thank you for letting us stay to make so many lovely memories.

We had a lovely time at Sam's home. Myself and partner stayed with our 11 month baby, 2 year old, and 3 other family members. We all agreed that the good aspects of this home were VERY good and enabled us to have a brilliant time. The garden, pool and outdoor shower were the definite highlights of the stay. Inside the house was clean and the layout and space worked well for all 7 of us. As stated above, certain features of the stay were outstanding which is why we gave it 5 stars but there are a few aspects we felt could really take it to the next level. Not being able to flush toilet paper, electric bin not working, big crack in top landing window, bizarre food left in fridge, freezer and cupboards (beetroot in fridge, cat food in cupboards), door handle broken in downstairs bedroom leading to garden, dishwasher full on arrival, blinds not rolling down/up properly etc All things that are easily sorted and would ensure the same high standard throughout.

Extremely clean and tidy caravan, very well equipped in a great location which felt private as was in a secluded place on the site. Very much enjoyed the veranda for watching the sunset and catching the last of summer sun, a short walk to the beautiful beach for dog walks. Several local restaurants/cafes in walking distance and lots to do in the area. My only improvement would be to provide bed linen and towels but would definitely stay again.
