Great property, cosy home Very comfortable, clean, well decorated and equipped. We came very late and were worried about finding milk for my little one during Bank Holiday. I Was greatly surprised as Emma left fresh milk in the fridge and biscuits by the kettle. The beds were very comfortable. had everything needed. The book of information on the table was so helpful and Emma’s mother checked on us to make sure things were ok. Had a lovely stay and definitely recommend it. Only one awkward thing when reaching the house… there is on-street parking and also a private place..Careful following your SatNav entering the one way..

We had a great stay. We booked at quite short notice, but the host was more than accommodating. Lovely clean and warm and spacious place. Easily accessible and great bonus of parking. Host had great, quick communication. Everything you need was in the property.

Perfect for needs, clear instructions, comfortable, only has 1 bathroom but was otherwise perfect.

Stunningly presented Barn in a beautiful peaceful village. Tastefully decorated interior. Very clean Very welcoming and cosy feel. Welcome pack of croissants, butter and milk gratefully received. Hosts very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Would love to stay again and would definitely recommend others to book. Bed extremely comfortable. Good outside and garden area.

The place was ideal for a family Christmas. We were able to spend time all together. Spacious house. Everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom. Great open space. Ideal location in the village. Lee was always responsive . Will recommend the place . Thank you

This is a beautiful house that has been decorated and and finished to a very high standard. Very spacious and there isn't 1 thing that you could think of needing missed out. I loved my weeks stay. Christine is a great host. Out of all the airbnb's i've used this is well up there. If i'm lucky enough to find it available next time i'm working in the area i will definitely be returning.

Brilliant place to stay! This is our second visit and we are looking forward to coming again! Bread, butter and milk were lovely gesture! Not to mention that it was a rather cold day and we walked into a toasty, warm apartment 🙂 Highly recommend!

We felt instantly at home in Craig's lovely flat. It was tucked away and quiet yet in the city centre just 5 minutes walk from the train station which was fabulous for us. It also has a parking permit if you come by car. Close to all the bars and restaurants but also has a well equipped kitchen so the one night we were unable to go out we had everything we needed to cook a dinner. We found it homely and comfortable and we slept very well. Craig was exceptionally thoughtful and helpful with local recommendations and helped us providing extra information relating to the reason for our visit. Craig is a wonderful host and we hope to stay at this flat again next time we come to Nottingham. Thank you so much Craig!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Treetops. Easy to locate, just followed the instructions and looked at the location on the map, rather than relying on the postcode. Communication with Margaret was excellent and was there to welcome us and showed us up to the flat to explain a few things. Flat was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need e.g tea/coffee, salt and pepper etc also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The gardens are gorgeous, me and my 4 year old loved exploring them. Although basically on the A17, we weren’t disturbed by any traffic noise. Close by to the village of Heckington, we visited the windmill And had lovely fish and chips from Ruby’s Plaice. We also visited Sleaford as there was a great park there. We had some pizza from The Little Italy Co in Sleaford, it was amazing. All in all a great little base if you’re wanting to travel around Lincolnshire 👍🏼

We had a lovely stay, the property is totally charming and homely and our hosts made a special effort to make sure the property was warm and welcoming with a lovely Christmas tree and sparkly decorations! Communication was fantastic, we really enjoyed our time spent there.

We stayed at The Curate's Quarters over Christmas and had such a lovely time. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed and very cosy - arriving after dark to find a lit Christmas tree was a wonderful surprise and instantly made us feel at home. The location is outstanding - a few minutes' walk to all of the main attractions, shops and restaurants whilst being so peaceful and secluded at the same time - such a rare combination. Thanks for a wonderful Christmas break we will never forget!

Absolutely brilliant apartment, in a lovely peaceful estate with shops and restaurants a short walk away. The apartment felt newly decorated and everything was in perfect condition and spotlessly clean. The addition of a parking space is great. The decor is very unique and brilliantly done - the owner has a great imagination! Will definitely book again.

Clean, comfortable and cozy! Ideal for us - in a good location very close to the centre but really quiet and tranquil. The place was spotlessly clean and well equipped - comfortable sofas and bed and a light and bright living area. Kim was very helpful and super responsive - the pictures showing how to access the place were really helpful as were her recommendations for places to eat. Would really recommend.

Great location right on the main street in Woodhall Spa. It is a busy road ,but didn't affect us, just worth bearing in mind if you are looking for absolute peace. Was perfect for us as we dumped the car at the back and did everything in Woodhall on foot. Beautifully appointed apartment and exceptionally responsive host. Ate at Kitchinetta both breakfast and lunch, had nice Indian across the road. 30 mins into Lincoln. lovely little break and will be back. Thanks Harriet

I had booked the accommodation for my mum and two mature aunts to stay near to us. The property is perfect being all one level and having 2 bathrooms. They had everything they needed and were very comfortable. I won’t hesitate in recommending to friends and family for future visits.

Definition of a superhost. Quick replies to any of my questions. Apartment was beautiful and in amazing condition. Kitchen has all the utensils you could ever need. Beds super comfortable and showers with good water pressure. For sure the best BnB in Nottingham.

Beautiful apartment. Immaculately clean. One of the few times something looks as good as the photos! Had a minor issue with hot water but the host addressed it swiftly.
