We had a brilliant stay, rooms were modern & clean. Easy check-in and check-out with flexible times. No noise around so an amazing sleep was had. Fantastic location, a short drive to Lincoln & some brilliant pubs close by. Hot tub was an added bonus and made the weekend that extra bit special. The farm animals were lovely to see too! During my university exchange, I spent nearly five months in this accommodation, and I couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay. Andrew and his wife, Angie, are incredibly kind and helpful while also giving you the space to feel completely at home. The location is excellent for reaching the university, and it’s also convenient for getting to the City Center and the train station. There are plenty of shopping options nearby as well. Additionally, it is very close to the Wollaton Park, which is absolutely beautiful.

Perfect for a small family or a couple seeking accommodation in the area. All needs are catered for, clean, furnished, lovely owners and full of information on local businesses, food or places of interest We will be staying again when we are back in the area - thank you

A comfortable, clean cottage, warm on arrval on a cold, dark evening in January. Lovely rural setting, open countryside, with horses nearby. Jane was friendly and helpful. It was just what we needed.

Carol was a fantastic host. When we arrived she as there to greet us. The accommodation was fantastic. Clean, tidy, warm and everything we needed was there, even towels for the dog. We had a peaceful time. Lovely grounds which the dog enjoyed running around. Would definitely come back again. Thank you Carol.

We had a great stay here exploring the surrounding countryside and seeing some family. Very lovely village you could walk around with a great play park if you have kids. Lovely pubs in the local area and lots of suggestions found in the welcome pack. Very grateful for the extras supplied like some croissants and milk. All the amenities plus extra (shampoo and conditioner in the shower if needed). They were very responsive when we had an issue with the heating on the first night and it was perfect for what we needed. Thanks!

Dan has a fabulous home, very modern, the bed was so comfy, lovely modern kitchen, outdoor space and seating - it was so easy to find and super quiet. Perfect for Asda, and a short walk to the horse racing. Thanks so much Dan! Taxi from the station for a fiver x

We had a lovely stay in Willow Cottage, there were 6 adults, 1 child and 2 infants and there was plenty of space and parking. The cottage is beautiful and very well equipped, and it’s perfect with the children’s park a stone throw away. The kids loved walking over to see the animals, definitely take wellies for that! It’s not far at all from Skegness so a perfect base. The hosts were brilliant and very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay,house was spotless and had everything you needed in the kitchen.Lovely thoughtful extras milk in the fridge coffee sugar and tea. Complimentary shower gel shampoo and conditioner. This property has a lovely homely feel highly recommended a stay.

Our stay at Andre and Sarah’s place was lovely. We spent the weekend there and the house felt cozy and homely. The house was well maintained and clean and had everything we needed. Sarah was also very responsive via Airbnb message for any questions we had. Thanks again!

I want to say Davids apartment is perfect , the flat is layed out perfectly , feels super homely with all nice bits left their like books and art on the walls , quite , very comfy bed in main bedroom with a really cool walk in wardrobe which I really liked. David very responsive and friendly. kitchen very spacious with everything nothing missed . thanks so much !

Although it was very short we had a great stay, place was exactly as described. we loved the decor and the mood lighting was lovely, great kitchen facilities and having a washer/dryer was a bonus. Easy to find and get into and having an enclosed private parking area was a huge bonus. We'd definitely recommend this place and would certainly use again as it's very close to my daughters uni accommodation :)

We booked this the morning of the night we stayed and Steve could not have been more helpful at ensuring everything went smoothly. He came and checked our apartment was ok and gave us a really handy guide of the area. We used a lot of his bar recommendations and had a great night.

Steve was very clear with his instructions regarding the check in process- he provided many videos and links to help us. Apartment was clean and in a great location, central to the city centre I wouldn’t think twice about using Steve’s acclimations in future

Originally stayed here with my daughter and loved it so I eventually came back and brought my husband. He now knows why we raved about Mulberry Mews! He absolutely loves it too. Such a clean, comfortable and relaxing home. Everything is so classy with lovely touches. As everyone mentions, the bathroom is to die for. We’ve been discussing how we could turn our own house into the same sanctuary! We’ve had a lovely relaxing weekend and totally chilled. Fantastic hosts, lovely all round luxury and such lovely touches… I could go on but I’m running out of space. Thank you both once again. We will return again x
