Monthly Rentals in Lincoln County

This was the best Airbnb experience yet. It was a last minute trip because we had to evacuate due to flooding in northern Arkansas. We left fast and didn’t even bring a pack and play for the baby. They provided one. They had coffee and seasonings to food. The grocery store was .2 miles away and cooking was a breeze with what their home provided . They answer in literal minutes if you message them. The house was everything I’m going to expect from now on. They set the bar for excellence. Ok, I have a teenager in a wheelchair and this was the most accessible place we’ve stayed with exception to the tub. It didn’t claim to be accessible but with a bit of improvisation it absolutely was a breeze and perfect for my disabled teen. I had 3 dogs and it was so awesome to have a place so nice approve pets, and it was so clean you’d never know a pet had been there before. I felt very safe being a mom with 5 kids staying there. Also curb parking made it so easy with my travel trailer. A++

This tiny home is nothing short of cute, clean and cozy. We were moving across the country and needed a place to stay along our route and so happy we found this treasure. It’s wizard of oz themed charm and made it so fun! There’s a little movie night setup with popcorn, candy, dvds and games. Theres a hidden gem to eat just a mile up the road to walk that was recommended to us by Vikki. Great experience, will need to travel the same route again and would definitely stay here again!

Katie was a great host. She allowed us to check in early and it was a great time for the youth turkey hunt. Hope to stay there next year

We used the monthly pay option while building our house which was great. We needed some additional time, so we reserved for an additional month. We appreciate that option.
