Susan’s place was incredibly clean, and we felt comfortable right away. The size is perfect for two people. The garage and the washing machine below the apartment were super convenient. Everything you need for a stay near the beach is provided—chairs, an umbrella, and more. We experienced a power outage affecting the entire street, but Susan immediately supported us and ensured everything was taken care of. We truly felt looked after. Highly recommended!

This was the perfect beach house for our family with 2 boys (ages 7 and 4). A 10 minute walk to the beach, large garage for our beach wagon, our surfboards, and all our beach toys. The shared courtyard was the perfect safe, enclosed space for our boys to play to wind down from the day. All the beds were so comfortable! The ones in the master bedroom were especially nice! Best Airbnb beds we’ve experienced so far in all our vacations. Only downside was the road noise being next to Newport Blvd, but not surprising and definitely not a deal breaker. Just turn on the A/C unit for some white noise and it was fine. We are already looking to book again for next summer!

This little studio on Balboa Island is absolutely incredible! The location is super convenient, with restaurants and shops just a stone’s throw away. I loved the cozy fireplace and the warm, inviting atmosphere of this Airbnb. It was a pleasure to have such quick and helpful responses when I had any questions. Thanks again for everything!
