Holiday rentals with a patio in Lido di Fermo

We had a great time at the property that is located in a quiet and comfortable area to reach the beaches and attractions of Porto Recanati. The host was very helpful and lavish in giving us tips to discover the area. So I recommend the stay and we will gladly come back to visit you:-)

My family and I stayed in Bruno's house for 12 days, and it was one of the most beautiful homes I've ever booked on Airbnb. Bruno is a very kind host, he welcomed us as soon as we arrived in Grottammare, making us find the house immediately ready. During the stay, she gave us helpful tips on where to eat and what to see. The apartment is very nice and 10 steps from the sea. On the waterfront there are many establishments and there is plenty of choice on where to take umbrellas with sun loungers but there is also a lot of free beach. The house is ideal for those with children because it is spacious and has all the necessary comforts to have a great vacation. The 2 bedrooms are very spacious and the bathroom has a nice shower. The kitchen and living room are spacious and the patio is perfect for hanging. In conclusion, the house and Bruno are 10.

It was very nice staying here. Very close to the sea, the city center and lots of restaurants. Also the host was very responsive and when we needed them to help us they were immediately helping us. Totally recommend this location, it is also very clean and cosy.

We (2 people) stayed in La Casa di Giò 2 weeks in july 2024 The apartment is fantastically bright, spacious and extremely well maintained. We parked right outside the apartment every day. This was a week over Christmas holiday, spent visiting friends in Ascoli. The apartment was very spacious and the location near the old town centre was very useful. Only five minutes walk.

Large outdoor area (equipped) perfect for those with a dog as it is fully fenced; even the interior spaces (modernly furnished) are suitable for six people. Very useful laundry room and outdoor shower. Parking in front of the house and ample free parking nearby. Good location for getting around by car to all the beaches of the Conero Riviera. The beaches of Numana can also be reached on foot but on the way back the road is a little uphill (but there is free shuttle service). Very kind and helpful hosts, flexible check-in and check-out. Overall our stay was great.

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

I can’t say enough about what an amazing host Anya was for our group of 11, ranging in age from 6 to 82. From her clear and responsive communication to her perfect recommendations (restaurants, beaches, nearby towns/wineries, truffle hunt, private chef dinner) she helped our family make the most of what was an amazing week in a truly memorable accommodation. Our stay opened our eyes to what an amazing region Le Marche is - we’d be thrilled to visit again!

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

Basically everything was as expected. Excellent value place to stay. The host also resolved the issue we caused with flexibility and patience, and a special thanks for that. The kitchen is well-equipped. The beach is really just a few steps away, and we really liked it. Overall, we were very satisfied, we can only recommend it to everyone.

We spent wonderful 5 days at Sirolo. The location of apartment is great with breathtaking view and plenty of good restaurants around. Francesco helped us to rent a car locally, organized lift from train station and back for half of taxi price.

We spent two really nice weeks in Edoardo's house. The house is comfortable, nothing is missing, the garden is really nice but above all the location is very convenient to the beach and the center of the town but it still remains in a quiet and very quiet location. Edoardo was a kind host, you will have no difficulty communicating with him! A perfect solution for those traveling with children and animals.

Roberto and Sandra were impeccable in everything! My nephew and I felt at home, empathetic and super helpful sunny people, what to say, really extraordinary! I highly recommend it, a very nice place, a very clean house with all the comforts! They recommended very good places to visit, clubs and very good restaurants in the area! We stayed with Pierino for a week. The apartment is small but has all the comforts. Mr. Rino, who welcomed us, is an exceptional person. Our two dogs also traveled with us, who were kindly welcomed by the owners. Very convenient ample private parking a few steps from the house. We will definitely be back!
