I had the pleasure of staying at Angelo's apartment for a week in August 2024. I must say it was a really nice experience. The apartment is in a really strategic location, a short walk from the historic center and just a few minutes' walk from the beaches. This allowed us to move around comfortably without having to use the car, minimizing travel and fully enjoying the vacation. Considering the privileged location, cleanliness and hospitality, I think the value for money is good, but it would be even better if the apartment were renovated especially with regard to the fixtures and bathroom fixtures. The host was extremely kind, helpful and attentive to our needs from the first contact. Upon our arrival, he welcomed us personally, showing us in detail all the features and providing us with valuable advice. Thanks Angelo, if there is an opportunity we will definitely come back.

Apartment with two large terraces ideal for alfresco dining or sunbathing if you don't want to go to the beach... Very nice children's room, with ample space where you can store objects and clothes... Kitchen equipped with any utensils. The apartment is located on the third floor with an elevator, ideal for strollers, in a very quiet residential area close to the sea.

We had the MOST amazing stay in Ancona thanks to Maria & Michele, we had to be there for visiting the hospital in Ancona, both of them were a pair of the most amazing human beings we've ever met!! I will FOREVER be thankful with them for the peace they brought to us!! ❤️✨☺️

Super stay and location. Franco is a wonderful person, very helpful and accurate, he gave us tips on services, restaurants and very useful places of interest to fully enjoy the vacation. The location is located in the central street of Sirolo, just a few steps from the main square that offers a beautiful view, where entertainment events take place almost every night and there are pubs, restaurants, ice cream parlors, tobacco, local craft shops, etc. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, very clean and cozy, a gem is the large internal terrace with a unique privacy that allows the use of the outdoor shower and dine very comfortably. The presence of air conditioning is very useful in the hottest evenings, such as thisyear, at least for those like me who suffer a lot from the heat. I am happy to have been able to enjoy this opportunity and have met Franco, whom I thank and hope to see you again.

The landlord is commercial. Daniel, who takes care of the property, but was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. What also pleased us very much was the mineral water in glass bottles, which was already waiting for us in the fridge. The location was really particularly nice with views to the sea and the mountains and very quiet. The kitchen was well equipped. The mosquito screens on the windows were very good and also necessary. If you are preferred by mosquitoes, you should think about mosquito repellent and electric stitch healers. Unfortunately, the mattresses of the beds were too hard for my husband. An optional soft mattress topper could provide a simple remedy. The garden was large and everything was well maintained, but unfortunately there was not a single flowering shrub. A few colorful oleanders, some lavender and rosemary would be really good for the empty garden. All in all it was a relaxing stay, we relaxed well. Thanks Daniel!

The stay at Raffaella's house was very pleasant. The apartment is as described: very cozy and clean. It is strategically located as it is within walking distance of the center while remaining in a quiet and peaceful part of the city. Bus stops are very close as well as a well-equipped supermarket. Finally, a note of merit to the very kind Giampaolo who made himself available to take us to Sirolo from Ancona station both on the way there and back. If you want to feel at home on vacation, choose this solution !!

My husband and I stayed for two nights in Aurora's apartment which is perfectly described and matches the listing. New and very clean, perfectly organized and equipped even for me who always brings my desire to cook on vacation! The area is quiet and peaceful even if not really central but Aurora is well organized with bikes, it is also easy to park in front of the house. Aurora is an impeccable host, she welcomed us on arrival and provided us with every useful indication for our stay, she was helpful, kind and present. Great stay!

My boyfriend and I felt welcomed and had a really great time, like at home, the place is beautiful, pleasant and quiet. I highly recommend it. The house is very clean and even without air conditioning it is cool due to its location, despite the small climb is a short walk from the sea, and , if the climb you do not want to take a bus you can find🙃! again, thank you Domenico and Pamela.

Great location to visit the many sights in the area

Beautiful farmhouse, surrounded by greenery 2 km from the nearest village or Gualdo, fully accessible by taking a walk in the middle of nature, Outdoor spaces, spa and perfect rooms, clean and with attention to detail. Nicola and his son Primo were special, super welcoming and lots of tips on nearby places and restaurants. Perfect stay for those seeking peace and quiet. We'll be back for sure, a place that stays in the heart. Thank you.

The stay was perfect. The apartment is in a great tidy, clean location and then the convenience of having the parking under the house. From the terraces you can enjoy a magnificent view. The host Alessandra was very helpful and excellent communication if you happen to be in Ascoli, I recommend it.

I had an amazing stay at this lovely flat with breathtaking views of Sirolo and Numana. Christian’s parents were incredibly welcoming and made the experience even more enjoyable. The flat was perfect, and the location was stunning. I would definitely return and highly recommend it!

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!
