It’s a lovely flat with a great view, two good size double rooms. Nice and warm even without the heating on. Ideal location for Hastings and St Leonard’s. The host could not have been more helpful. Will definitely booked again!

Beautiful flat on a jetty, overlooking the harbour. Flat was modern with everything supplied. You just need clothes and a toothbrush. 5 minutes walk to restaurants and bars. Brighton centre about 45 minutes walk but lovely along the seafront. We were very lucky with lots of sunshine. Geoff was a great host, quick responses and very helpful. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely stay again 👍🏼

very nice property, very clean and beautiful space

I loved this little space. I'd taken myself away for a couple of nights me time and meeting old friends. Zoe was great, she let me use the driveway but the road looked to have good parking. The space was quirky and fun it even comes with a record player and a great selection of records. I'll definitely be returning. Thank you Zoe.

daniel’s place was very nice — no complaints about the airbnb itself. my friend and i got lost on the way to the flat, and daniel was very proactive in helping us find our way/getting us checked in. he always reached out to me to make sure i was comfortable and was very responsive when i’d had any questions. 10/10 would stay with daniel again. the only thing i’d bare in mind is the area of the airbnb being in west croydon which is apparently not such a hospitable location. the locals did not cause us too many problems, but a few people did warn us to be careful, especially since we’re american in a foreign space. but overall, it felt like one of those cases where if you mind yourself and don’t stir up any trouble with others, you should be fine.

The place was really comfortable, spacious and clean, kitchen was well kitted and it had everything needed for preparing dinners. We felt at home and enjoyed our stay. The local beach was just a few minutes away and lots of cafes and restaurants around.

Loved staying at David’s Airbnb! It’s in a perfect location next to the old town, the castle and the beach. The room was lovely, particularly the view! Would definitely recommend staying if you’re in Hastings

I rented Lisa's home for my partner's birthday gathering, and we had an unforgettable time there—every guest was amazed by the property! It was the perfect size for what we needed, and you can very comfortably sleep up to 12 people there. The place was clean, spacious, with lots of character, and we were allowed to bring our cat, who had a lovely time too! He particularly enjoyed the guinea pigs! The hot tub was a great addition, which we managed to squeeze 8 people into! In terms of location, despite being right next to a busy road, it is very private and you can't hear the traffic from inside. We walked to the nearby winery for a tour and tasting, which was lovely, though the road is not particularly pedestrian-friendly. All in all, Lisa was extremely helpful and friendly, and helped make our stay wonderful. She had even left some fresh eggs in the kitchen for us, laid by the chickens in the garden. We loved it, and I can highly recommend staying there!

Tam was there to meet us and showed us round her lovely home which was perfect for us. It is very well equipped and we lacked for nothing. Tam had even left us some goodies which was a very welcoming touch. Very clean and homely. The house is in a quiet residential area and so peaceful. We loved staying there. We hope to come back another time.

John was a fabulous host and was the perfect convenient place to stay for Goodwood.

We had such a lovely couple of nights in Katie’s property, which is more beautiful and spacious than the photos suggest. We were a family group of 9 adults, and there was plenty of space to spread out, with 2 separate sitting rooms plus a large well-equipped open-plan kitchen/diner. All the rooms (bedrooms and communal living spaces) were warm and cosy with numerous blankets to snuggle under. The enclosed garden was perfect for our two dogs and we could walk straight from the house across fields and through woodland. Excellent value for money and in a stunning, secluded position, perfect for total rest and relaxation. Thank you Katie!

Amazing stay at Ammara Airbnb. Her responsiveness and hospitality was an added touch to a brilliant and spacious property. We absolutely loved the heated floors during our cold February stay! Would stay again and highly recommended!

Alison is probably the best Airbnb host I’ve dealt with to date. She puts so much thought into making the property beautiful for her guests and takes pride in making sure that the little touches are too. She even leaves snacks (sweet and savoury), bottled water and a range of drinks and a beer! The space outside in the courtyard is a lot larger than I was expecting and my dogs loved exploring it. Alison’s dogs are absolutely delightful big goofy boys.

The accommodation is set in beautiful grounds in a very grand house. Whilst it is set up as private accommodation, it is still a part of their home and so is separated by lockers adjoint doors, so there is some mutual noise transferred between guest and the owners. However, the place is extremely spacious, very well equipped (knives, pans, dishwasher, washing machine etc), TVs and the Japanese toilets were something we noticed in the photos and we're a good plus. Bim was very hospitable and to prove how well it worked for us, we extended our stay.

Staying at Steffi was so much more than we expected! It was last minute switch due to other accomodation bailed on us few days before arrival, but it turned out that it was best that could happen to us :) Steffi's flat is warm, cozy and full of art! Staying there was great experience, and we miss the place already. It has great view of surroundings, too! You can easily see various buildings from London centre. The host herself is also a caring person and we didn't feel abandoned at any point. Flat is well equipped for both short and long stays. It is also connected quite good, with around ten minute walk to train station and twenty minute walk (or 5 min bus) to another train station, giving really wide choice of options. it takes around 30 min to get to Zone 1.

Ola’s place is wonderful. Private, clean, cozy. Worth every penny. Ola is a great communicator and left us very clear instructions on how to find her. Overall I would highly recommend staying at Ola’s place.

Perfect for a short or long stay in Hove

If you’re looking for somewhere central this is a great choice! Very central. Shop opposite and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Excellent place to stay.

Desmond’s place was a lovely little spot close to Brighton’s centre which made for a perfect location for my first visit to Brighton. The house itself has so much character, making us feel right at home. We wish we had more time to really experience it. Desmond is a friendly and accommodating host. Would definitely recommend his home and we will be back- thank you.

A home from home space , the hot tub was a very nice extra and all at a reasonable price . Great location which felt very private with plenty of added amenities within the property . Comfortable living space and spacious bedroom area , with modern touches . Ideal for a short stay , served its purpose ahead of a work commitment the following day. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family visiting the area . Thanks again for a pleasant stay.
