Great cottage, very private and lovely nature. This was our second time here and we will definitely be back.

If you seek tranquility far off beaten tracks, this house is perfect. Apart from some neighbors passing by (the village has 14 inhabitants) and canoe tourists moving from the lake, you have perfect silence that is only accompanied by the steady sound of the water dam across. The house is well equipped. For cooks: Just a very small oven, but sufficient for 2 people. The bathroom is very small but functional with a washing machine, and the living room is spacious with a big TV (streaming only) and a cozy fireplace. There is a bench and a table outside to use in good weather. The bed in the kitchen measures only 120x200 and the one above 80x200. A few things in the house are very rustic but match the houses's charm (wooden unpolished boards, rough walls). We were outside a lot and loved the surrounding nature! The canoe behind the house to borrow is great, too!

Super nice and cozy cabin in the ☺️ middle of nature! The hosts are open , super friendly and helpful and absolutely accommodating! Communication worked out great and fast A top element is that Aaron & Kristina provide a self-contained blog with recreational opportunities of any kind. There is a large lake about 100 meters from the property where you can swim or canoe 😊 Directly behind the property is one of the hiking trails for a fantastic view over the area! Within a radius of 20 km, the town of Nora is located on a large lake, which is an absolute must due to its wooden buildings. You get back in time for 100-200 years 😊 We will definitely be back in the future!

AMAZING !! We loved everything about this place! :) Bruno and Karin have been wonderful hosts, so thoughtful (snacks and bowl for our dog, a warm welcome note etc.) and caring. We felt right at home! :) The home was super clean and we enjoyed our stay so much! Even better than on the pictures, super cozy and bigger than expected :). Beautiful, peaceful area with great hiking options :).
