We enjoyed our week here. Nathan was very responsive to any questions/concerns. Perfect location, plenty of space. Outdoor space was very nice, enjoyed the hot tub. Kitchen recently updated, house in middle of some renovations. Would recommend staying here!

Great stay, we had all that we needed for a wonderful time. A few steps to a beautiful private beach. Would recommend to friends and family. Just bring your swim suit!

Kyle was in touch many times. He was an actual real person. He answered any questions promptly. We had a mini blackout that wasn’t his fault, it was the entire community. But he stepped up immediately an Offered to refund us for the night. We decided to wait it out because we wanted to stay, and it was short lived, about an hour. No big deal, we were able to go to the beach, just a short drive, free parking, and watch the sunset, which was fantastic! We also returned in the next morning to watch the moon set. What a wonderful place! I took my mom there for her 89th birthday, and it was awesome that we each had our own bedroom and bathroom, and the lanai was great! It was a bonus that there was a washer and dryer complete with washer tablets, plenty of towels, plenty of everything! The beds were comfortable, the living room furniture was comfortable, the duplex could easily have been perfect for a family or two couples. So much room! Several people could easily have been cooking a meal at the same time in the giant kitchen.😊! It was also peaceful to sit on the front porch. It was a quiet and peaceful area and about a 10 minute easy walk to the beach. Mom and I did it several times. It was fun to walk over the bridge to the beach, see the drawbridge go up and watch the boats go by. It was also fun to drive up Casey Key to look at the elaborate mansions. We took advantage of the outdoor tiki bar at the end of the key. We would definitely love to return.

Ashley was quick to reply to any of my messages. If I needed something she took care of it right away. I came in for a horse show but the house is right by a beach. I went to Pop's Sunset Grill which is literally right around the corner and it's a place. You can call ahead and put yourself on a wait list which I would definitely do. When I go back to Venice I will definitely want to stay again.

This guesthouse is immaculately clean and provides all the amenities you need. The coffee bar was a very nice and fully stocked. The weather was not good for most of our vacation so, we could not take advantage of the bistro. However, we look forward to the use of the outdoor kitchen for enjoying our breakfast or dinner in the future. We did get the opportunity of using the paddle board and kayak to soak in the beautiful views. We had one night where we could embrace the wonderful fire pit. Our easy walk to the beach was nice to collect incredible shells, shark teeth and capture a gorgeous sunset. Our hosts, Andrew and Rebecca, were so kind, attentive and helpful on recommendation for a charter boat company. Even though Mother Nature did not provide our family with the best weather, our accommodations enabled us to enjoy a family vacation and create new memories. We will definitely return.

This listing was just what we needed! we were looking for a chill spot to enjoy the outdoors. With thebeach chairs/umbrella , a cooler, kayaks, bikes and walking proximity to the water it was great! Very friendly host and community. A local gave me a papaya from his yard one morning getting coffee at Joe Maxx 😍! Small town charm, all walkable with cute shops and super close to several nice gulf side beaches within 10 minutes drive or even bike a couple miles there. Lots to do or lots to pass by and enjoy the nature. We saw a manatee and dolphins in the bay and more dolphins heading out to parasail. Really enjoyed our time and our host's help with recommendations. Great experience! Fun restaurants with live music too. The blues place right in Englewood and the tiki bar/restaurant out on Manasota Key were fun. Perfect for a couple or a couple plus 1 older kiddo.

Andrzej's place was perfect for our group. It was clean, spacious and it had everything for a comfortable stay. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and it was easy to access from the main roads. Most of the beaches we wanted to visit were within a 45 minute drive. Downtown Sarasota and Siesta Village are also close. We had a great stay and would definitely book again.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of four! It was clean and had everything that we needed. The pool was incredible, which is why we spent more than half of our waking hours in it! When we weren’t in the pool, it was because we drove 5 minutes to white sands of Siesta Key! It was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation. And Nada was so responsive and helpful. She answered all of our questions in a very timely manner and seemed excited to be able to host our family. We definitely intend to return next year!

We had a wonderful stay at Ivonne’s place. Close to all of the action in town but private enough to have peace and quiet. The space itself is little but has everything you need and is very clean. Our favorite part was the beautiful backyard and hot tub. Highly recommend for a romantic weekend away! Thank you for sharing your home with us :)

House and the outdoor space exceeded expectation. Great heated pool and deck area with multiple lounges and umbrellas. Large primary bedroom with huge, attached bathroom. Location is a short (1.2Mile) walk to Siesta Key beach. Would recommend this property to everyone.
