Karen and Don were such great hosts! We cannot wait to stay again and for longer the next time we visit family in Naples. We booked last minute and got so lucky to find this gem. The property is beautiful. You’re surrounded by nature while being close to in town amenities. It was very easy to find and check in/ out. My favorite part was the tour of the property and conversations with Karen and Don. They have kayaks and bikes for you to use. The beds were so comfortable and we got some great rest there. Can’t wait to stay again!

I had a nice relaxing stay in Sanibel. Saw manatees right at the dock and roseate spoonbills in the mangroves on the entry street! Michelle and Greg were gracious hosts.

Mary Ann and her husband are absolutely delightful hosts! Everything about my stay was easy and carefree!

Absolutely wonderful time here! We spent some time with Cliff looking at homes in the area to purchase while we were in town. He was very knowledgeable about the area and passionate about it. Both Cliff and Bob were welcoming and warm. The experience was better than we expected and will absolutely stay with them in the future. The home was as described, clean, well maintained. The room and bed were comfortable to sleep in. We loved the hot tub, the view of the canal, and evenings chatting with Bob and the other guests.

Overall the stay was nice, the place was super clean and bedding was fresh, all the dishes and utensils were organized and easy to find, the shower and bathroom was beautiful overall a very well kept and modern place to stay at, the biggest minus point to the air bnb tho is the fact that it has no window and the description of where the place actually is isn’t the best, it was a garage converted into a little apartment with the owners still occupying the home which I was pretty unaware of, but overall for the price and location you really can’t beat the price and with the cleanliness and how modern the room was it was overall a great experience staying there to have somewhere to just lay my head at, but to hangout for a little bit and have some drinks while looking out of the window and seeing a nice view, this place isn’t the place you want to stay at, but thank you for letting my fiancee and I stay at your place, 5 stars from me

My family and I stayed for 4 nights and the host was always responsive. The place looks exactly how the pictures are displayed. The pricing was phenomenal, close to everything. This is a perfect area to stay in everything’s local/ close to the Airbnb. We will definitely be staying here again. 😄

Perfect Airbnb for 2 guests looking to stay in Fort Myers! This house actually looks like the photos (unlike most Airbnbs). it feels very fresh and like a new built home! lots of fantastic restaurants, golf courses, attractions, etc. near by! Ximena was a fantastic host who was very friendly and extremely fast to respond! if anyone is in the area I'd definitely recommend coming here!

Had a wonderful weekend hanging out by the pool as I had the area all to myself. I enjoyed going out to the beach both days I was in town. Sydney made me feel right at home. Thanks for a wonderful visit to SWF. Bill

Great place to recharge for a week. Close to lots of shops and things to do. We did a bike ride every day whether in the neighborhood or adventuring out to Pine and Sanibel Islands. Brian was as advertised...immediately responded to text.

Such a wonderful experience staying with Gina! She was friendly, easygoing, and incredibly responsive, making our stay super comfortable. She went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like complimentary snacks and spa extras. She also left treats, toys, and water bowls for our dogs. The space itself was spotless and inviting. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was surprisingly HUGE. She also offered dog grooming and dog sitting services, which we didn’t need but thought was such a thoughtful touch. Would definitely stay again!

I would absolutely stay here again! It had such a personal touch that you can’t get at hotels. The host is lovely and the place is so cozy. I can’t recommend enough!

Christopher was a great host who was incredibly fast at responding, had little thoughtful items all throughout the suite, and accurately depicted the space. By thoughtful items, I mean everything. There were snacks, toiletries, extra blankets, and tv options. The only thing I was unsure about was that it was connected to the personal residence, which when I was looking to book, I was avoiding stays with that setup. However, I'm really glad we decided to go here! We had our own entrance and the suite was not able to access the main residence, so we still had all the privacy I hoped for. It also looks like we would have had private access to the back patio as well if we wanted. Excellent host who prioritizes his guests enjoyment, privacy, and comfortability! Would highly recommend.

A really nice place! I enjoyed relaxing by the canal and watching the sunset. The unit was larger than I expected and the bed was super comfy. Easy drive to lots of different beaches.

Great stay again with Vern. Great retreat for my wife and I and Vern’s hospitality is always welcome. Already looking forward to our next stay! Fun things we did during our stay include hiking through the six mile slough (it’s actually only 1.5 miles), Boston Red Sox spring training game, Toured Echo Global farms, and several trips to The Boathouse bar/restaurant…one of the coolest bars I’ve ever been to! Also enjoyed a boat trip with Vern, including being pulled on a tube.
