Condo holiday rentals in Lee County

Everything was perfect. We appreciated the self check-in. The condo was super clean and smelled fresh. No weird smells. There was everything we needed and even more. Cathy really thinks about her guests and what they may need during their stay. The condo is roomy and comfortable for two couples. It was way better than getting two hotel rooms. The screened in porch is also nice and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was an unplanned hurricane emergency stay. Scott was a great host. We never use Airbnb.. he checked up on us, gave us direction just awesome overall. Scott is a gem and very trustworthy. This is our first time with renting at Airbnb. Scott helped us to be comfortable during our hurricane rental. My only recommendation is that the Internet login and password gets updated. My husband and I are not hotel or condo renters and we only did this because of an emergency. However, my husband said I would definitely rent from Scott again!! Scott you were so kind and very informational. The beds were very comfortable. The washer and dryer are awesome.. Scott is very responsive to his renters. Thank you again for renting out your cute little condo.. The kitchen is very well stocked, but add a corkscrew in case somebody wants to have some wine. Otherwise perfectly stocked.. Scott is a Gem and so is his condo.

Fantastic location and very functional condo. Has everything you need including bikes, even kids/baby items. Perfect for a family to make memories ans enjoy the beach. The smart tv was nice to stay in and watch a movie at night. Great views! We even saw the pelicans swoop by condo every night headed over the mangroves towards the bay. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed riding the bikes on the side streets checking out the local homes nearby on the canals. Grill was perfect and easy to use for dinner. We loved the beach and the wildlife, bird area. It’s truly the best condo to stay at on FMB. We will definitely be back every year. Already looking to rebook this condo for our next vacation. It truly has everything you need to cook and make memories with your family. Wonderful stocked condo.

Alex is a wonderful host. I always was able to communicate with him about anything I needed. He made my long term stay so easy!

This unit is wonderfully located, with a beautiful view of the shore. We usually prepare our b-fast & lunch in, then dinner out. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was great to have all the extras for the beach, chairs, cooler, toys, and umbrellas. We are grateful for a host with perfect communication skills, Thank you for that.

We were in Estero for a wedding. We came 3 days early to enjoy to area and explore. The condo was great. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s a very nice area with a lot of nearby restaurants. I highly recommend this condo. We really liked it.

This is a great apartment with large bedrooms and comfy beds, a very very well equipped kitchen and a garage full of surprises including a gas grill and beach stuff. Stacey was great from the beginning and was very helpful and immediate with any question. We’ll decently stay again when in the area. Thanks Stacey!

Very comfortable, clean convenient Condo unit with pleasant harbor view. Large active construction site adjacent to building detracts from surroundings and was slightly noisy in morning. Just a short walk to the beach and town. Hot spa was only lukewarm and not usable. Found the pool too cold this time of year. Lauren was very helpful and responsive to questions.

We love Sanibel. Nancy’s place met our needs very well. It is an easy walk to the beach and very comfortable. We were very happy to be able to have our two little dogs with us for a very reasonable fee.

It was a pleasant stay in a Well equipped apartment and our kids really loved the pool. The only thing We missed was a whisk and a grater. It was really Nice to be able to wash some clothes and be able to dry it. Unfortunately the beaches in all the area including sanibel were not plesant at all because of “red tides”. There were huges amounts of dead or dying fish on the beaches. But of course that is not the owners faulth.

Stephanie’s unit was a wonderful place for our family to stay over spring break. Clean, well stocked and exactly as described we had a great stay. While the pool and backyard are shared spaces, they still felt private and provided a great extra space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The unit is convenient to everything and felt like good value. We would definitely return.

We can definitely see why people want to come back to Cynthia & Roger's place. The location was perfect for our needs. Their home was immediately comfortable and relaxing. The big windows, view and amenities were fantastic. We loved seeing interesting photos and the decorative touches. They put extra thought into routine necessities that people forget to bring, like bug spray placed by the back door, an umbrella by the front door, kleenex and hand sanitizers in a central location, etc., etc. So many "little" things that show thought and caring. What a wonderful, relaxing visit. Thank you!

Trace did an excellent job in communicating with me and the check in and out was smooth and efficient! The unit is exactly what the pictures show on the site. Trace had beach chairs, beach towels, noodles and a few sand equipment for kids to use on the beach! The location is on the South end of Fort Myers Beach. It is a quite area but if you want to have fun you can take the trolly to the North end of the beach. Just make sure you read the Trolly schedule correctly and be patient while waiting at the stop which is across the street from the unit. During Jan-April the Trolly's must run behind schedule due to the fact it is the busiest time of the year. If you want to go explore Bonita Beach or Naples I highly suggest you rent a car. This was my first time renting by myself. The square footage of the unit was perfect for me and I treated Trace's unit as if it were my own home. If you decide to choose Trace's space I hope you will be respectful, responsible and safe. Cheers CR

Caihlin was an amazing host! Her place is beautiful and in a great location! She saved us at the last minute when our other condo turned out to be not what we expected. We lived our stay! She is extremely responsive and friendly. Well stocked kitchen, paddles, racquets, beach chairs. Everything needed for a relaxing fun vacation! I would highly recommend this location!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was roomy and nicely furnished. There were many amenities. The beds were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the lanai where we could have our morning coffee and evening cocktails.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in her immaculate and very well appointed condo. We found the marina, restaurants and many miles of walking trails just what we were looking for as we escaped the cold weather, that included snow and ice of North Carolina this time of year. We also like being in an area of SW Florida that isn't overcrowded with traffic. With all we've experienced we plan to be back next year to enjoy what we just did.

Went to the Fort Myers art festival and needed a place to crash that was comfortable and relatively close to downtown. This checked all the boxes! The only thing that was a little confusing was finding the unit as the numbering was not sequential. Hosts were super helpful in getting us where we needed to be!

Kari was a wonderful host with a fabulous property! She began our experience right away when we booked her place, and was always extremely responsive and kind. Her property, where we stayed in Fort Myers Beach, is in the perfect location and is just as it is described and pictured. She had everything you could need and more, and the location was so perfect we could easily walk to the farmers market or nearby shops. We would definitely return to this property! The condo has been recently remodeled and is beautiful and very clean - one of the cleanest we have stayed in. The kitchen is very well equipped, with many thoughtful touches, and we cooked several meals during our stay. King bed was comfortable (we did not use the other beds). Being so close to the beach was fantastic! This was our first time on Sanibel and we loved it, in spite of being there during unusually cold weather. Definitely hope to return and would love to stay in this condo again!

Our stay was great. Well located to Sanibel and Fort Myers.. Stores and access to city great. Didn’t have chance to enjoy amenities but they were all there. No fault to anyone…weather was cold. A few kitchen updates would be great…but one has all the necessities. The complex is quiet and safe. Response was fine. Great.. value.

We really loved our stay here! The condo was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. It’s good sized and had everything we need for our stay, including a travel crib and feeding chair for our baby. Highly recommend staying here and it’s a really great choice if you are reveling with a baby.
