Awesome place in a very peaceful neighbourhood. Coles is just nearby, very walkable distance. House was perfect, spacious, free of clutter, looked totally like the photos and description! Plenty of pillows and cushions, has a threater room for TV nights! Bed was really comfortable! Kids had so much fun into the bath tub every night! Ample cutleries and kitchen utensils were provided. Washer & dryer working well! Loved the outdoor bbq area and the nearby Eden Beach is beautiful! Wished we had stayed there longer! Highly recommend, Joyce was very helpful!

We had a great stay with the whole family. Everything provided we really didn't need to bring much other then clothes and food. We will definitely be staying again.

The basketball court is an amazing addition along with the gaming console provided. The house was full of amenities and extras and very spacious, good for big families.

A beautiful home , peaceful , gorgeous decor and great kitchen and laundry. Comfortable beds and recliners in the theatre to really relax, lots of cushions and thoroughly enjoyed the huge TV. Good secure back yard and outdoor setting. Thank you for your lovely home

Lorraine's place was a lovely older house, beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our Christmas stay playing Lorraine's great assortment of games and only a short drive to the foreshore for morning beach walks and a coffee at the cafe.

What an absolutely amazing little gem! The photos don’t even do it justice, you have to see it in person! The upstairs balcony with the views of the ocean was our favourite part, along with the comfortable furniture and quality bedding and towels. The huge games room outside was a massive hit with our kids (and grandparents) and the entrance to the beach directly across the road was fantastic. There was ample seating and separate areas for everyone to socialise or retreat away and everything set up beautifully and recently renovated. We will definitely be back 😊

Great location and place to stay with the family.

We had a wonderful stay at Lana's place in Lancelin. The house was perfect for three small families. The outdoor/indoor room was a perfect space for everyone to gather at night and enjoy dinner together. I liked that the yard space was big enough for the kids to run around and play on all the grass. The home was exactly as described in the listing. I wasn't expecting 5 star but it was great value for money and had everything we needed to enjoy our long weekend away. All the appliances were working perfectly and easy to use. Everything was clean and tidy. The instructions given and communication was very clear and easy to follow. We all had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

Staying at the newby was a wonderful experience, it was very spacious and comfortable for myself and my group of mates during our weekend stay. It's also very central to everything in town, the local iga, bakery, and park are a short walk from the house, as well as some of the surf shops and a cafe. Maryanna was a very friendly and responsive host, and I hope to be back here in future trips to Lancelin!

Lovely house with great views and a short stroll down to the river. Owner just needs to fix window locks so they can be opened on those very hot days to help cool the house.

Had a lovely stay. House was exactly as described, was clean and convenient to everything. Would 100% stay again. Host communicated well and responded quickly.

Two families (4 adults and 5 children aged 4 to 8) had a fabulous weekend away at Sally and Phil's place. Sally was an excellent host - responsive and very welcoming with excellent instructions, a well written brochure about the property we received prior to check in and a personalised letter and hamper with local produce upon arrival. We felt right at home. Such a unique property with a billabong in which we enjoyed a swim and a paddle in, walking trails and paddocks for the kids to roam in. The shed itself was glorious and so well fit out. The outdoor bath was fabulous and we enjoyed the warmth of the setting and watching the sunrise and sunset from the deck. Couldn't recommend this place any more for a peaceful weekend away within a short drive from Perth. Will most definitely be back for a wintery weekend to make use of the pot belly and outdoor fire pit! Thanks so much!
