Beautiful, great place. The house is very quiet, clean, and the beds are comfortable. Marzia is very lovely even though we arrived quite late at night, she came and greeted us at the house. She is always responsive and will make sure that we arrived at the house safely .The apartment has two terraces with beautiful view. One of the best things is we can have breakfast at the nearby little Cozy Café call Nene. Everything there is wonderful. However, I think it’s good to have a car and it would be quite challenging to walk down to the town. There is some stairs to the apartment but we managed to bring our luggage there.

Silvia is a great host! Excellent location, easy 6-minute walk from/to ferry terminal & 10-minute walk to S. Giovanni train station. Near loads of restaurants, bars, & shops. The elevator was good to have with luggage. The living/dining room was cozy & comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen. Separate washer & dryer were fantastic! Decent WiFi (21 mbps down, 6 mbps up). The bed was comfortable & had nightstands & power outlets on each side--perfect for 2 people to charge devices at bedside. Only downside was on occasion from bed we could hear the upstairs neighbors & a few times we caught a faint smell of someone's cigarette smoke--not overwhelming, thankfully. The large shower had good water pressure & the hot water stayed hot for 2 people taking back-to-back showers. Wonderful thick towels & plenty of them! Great wall-mounted magnifying mirror! A heated towel rack would have been nice. The bathrobes were a treat! Despite the few minor mentions, we would happily stay here again. 😃

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marco's place, which was a great option for our five night stay in Bellano. The apartment is in an excellent location with easy access to cafes, restaurants and the waterfront. We worried it would be noisy due to it's proximity to the road, but the sound-proofed windows worked a treat. Marco is a responsive host and we appreciated that he was flexible with check-in time.

A comfortable place with a beautiful view (from the balcony or garden). Even though parking was not next to building, it was convenient enough. Most places in these small lake villages don't even have private or off road parking, so this was a bonus. Anna is VERY responsive to any questions or concerns and she is VERY helpful to make your stay the most enjoyable. The food stores are a little walk or drive and have limited hours so it was nice that Anna had already stocked the kitchen with some fresh items (bread, jam, pasta, milk, beer, juice, etc). Super convenient check in and checkout process. Bus stop and a boat rental place were very close. Easy drive to Bellagio or Como. Extremely helpful and friendly people in the neighboring businesses. I highly recommend Pub Il Tiglio, if you need a late night snack or social outing. It's less than 15 minute drive from Magnolia house. Most of the restaurants close early (10pm) and best to make reservations.

The host was really nice and friendly. The communication was super easy and fast. The appartment is very comfortable and well equipped. A swing was great for our 3 year old! It is nicely located in a peaceful area with wonderful mountain views. The village is a bit of a steep drive from the lake so if you plan to visit multiple destinations around the como lake, you should note that it adds 15 to 20 min to the driving. On the other hand, we rather stayed a bit further away from the busy touristic villages by the shore. And a nice child-friendly beach by lugano lake was just 20 min drive away. The parking on the street is not perfect but in the end it was not really a problem. We stayed longer than planned. We would consider coming again if vising this area!

We had a fantastic stay at Elisabetta’s apartment! The location is perfect—just minutes from everything in the heart of Bellagio, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and full of charm. Elisabetta has thoughtfully provided everything we could possibly need, including a pre-signed-in Netflix subscription for a cozy night in. Elisabetta is a truly wonderful host. She reached out before our stay with helpful recommendations and was incredibly responsive throughout, making sure everything went smoothly. Her hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return!

We had a lovely post-marriage stay with our hosts, the view is superb, we were delighted to have breakfast on the balcony. Most importantly, our host was responsive and very accommodating.

Clean and tidy apartment, host available and attentive to guests' needs. We only stayed one night to visit Leolandia. Recommended!

Great place, perfect location and friendly hosts! Although we had a technical issue, Marina and Flavio were responsive and helped us solve it quickly and kindly too. The place is very pretty, and the location is just perfect as we were a short walk away from Citta' Alta and a 10 minute drive from the airport. Highly recommend!

The place was as described and photographed, the rooms cozy and spacious. My two guys (10 and 12 years old) had a really good time, it was well heated and nothing was missing. We also found everything you need to cook in the kitchen, although within minutes you can reach various pizzerias or restaurants. I hope to be able to come back, maybe during the summer time to enjoy the tranquility of this place even more. Thank you!

Kathi is a super host, cozy, devoted to the tenant, the apartment is beautiful. 😊 The view of the lake is beautiful. Pognana Lario is a very nice village on the lake, the restaurants recommended by Kathi are very good, there are nice ballads to do, I recommend taking the Monte San Primo walk overlooking the lake and the Alps. I highly recommend Daisy and can't wait to discover Little House 😊Thank you for everything Kathi, see you soon 😊

The place was nice and clean .and near from every place I want to go to . and she is great with the hospitality and so helpful , she was always there when i needed help with any things..overall she made my stay extremely easy and friendly.

Emilio and his daughter provided quick, clear, and truly sincere help, recommendations, advice, and help with our aging parents. They greeted us with great appreciation and warmth. We love Limonta, as it’s close to Bellagio without the business of tourists. The views from every window were breathtaking and each photo we took, a bit of a disappointment since we couldn’t really capture the beauty. It is best to have a car if you rent here. Parking is free. All of the amenities were as listed. Wonderful having 2 cucini, 2 lavatrici for 5 people. Exceptionally clean, spacious, very pretty, and windows with screens. Angelica immediately sent us ferry schedules for trips to Varenna, dining recommendations, and pamphlets were available for many other wonderful activities. We will definitely return. If I could give a 10 star rating, I would! What a truly spectacular home - the location, the views, the tasteful appointments, how the character of the property has been retained and interwoven with the modern - just wow! And yes, the sauna and hot tub!!!Probably our favourite Airbnb stay to date. And then of course there is Giulia - what an incredible host! So attentive and accommodating and very helpful with great local recommendations - sorry we never opted for the home catered meal - next time! And to have freshly baked croissants delivered in the morning - just incredible! You know how they say everything happens for a reason? Well, we actually had two other properties on reserve for our 1 night stay in Lake Como (we were passing through to go skiing) and we just couldn't decide...then something made me go back to check out Airbnb again, and suddenly there this gem was! That was it - decision made. If you are ever visiting Lake Como - stay here!!!

My family and I We passed the End of the year and a few more days at Sara's place! Definitely one of the best homes we've been to! Sara was very kind at all times, she left us typical sweets for our stay. The house is just like the photos, even better! Comfortable beds, everything is very clean and with detail. Sara helped us hire special food to celebrate new year! In short, we were like home u is 10 min drive from Bergamo! I recommend it!

Angelo's apartment is precisely the type of place you hope all Airbnb accommodation will be. It's comfortable, spacious, well furnished, clean and accessible from your point of arrival, with an attentive host. Although positioned on a busy road, the apartment is largely insulated in winter from the sound of traffic.

It is very close to Milan Central Station and close to the bus that takes you to the airport. The place is small but very well organized and has everything you need. They also moved the check-in time forward and allowed us to store our luggage after check-out. It was so kind. If I come next time, I'm more than 100 percent willing to stay here again.

He explained everything well. + private swimming pool + beautiful environment + parking space( in and outside + balcony with view on the lake + washing machine + easy check in and out + cosy appartement + private residence, lots of green - plugs have 3 pins, mine didnt fit
