Monica was the best host I've met. The communicaton with her was very easy, her response time is super quick. The instructions to go in to home is very clear and she is supporting the instructions with videos. Her place is exactly as it seems on the photos and maybe even more beautiful. The view from the balcony and the terrace is mesmerizing. Neighbourhood was very calm and quiet but it might be because it was off season when I stayed there. Although the neighbourhood is calm, the markets and closest shopping centers are only within 15 minutes driving distance. House is also very close to the Villa Balbianello. The house was very clean, Monica left everything we need in the fridge and kitchen. Lastly she helped us a lot during our stay with her recommendations for restaurants, shops, facilities around the region.

The apartment is clean and well-maintained. The spa is an added value, especially in winter. The host is very willing to provide all the useful information about your stay.

Beautiful villa directly on the lake. With beautiful views over the lake and mountains. Reachable by public transport, direct stop above the house. We had a nice time and enjoyed it very much 🙏

Fantastic stay. Apartment is perfectly situated for everything in Varenna. Had an issue with hot water on one day but was resolved swiftly. Will stay again when in Varenna!

The unit matched the description, was in a very convenient location, and the keys are in a lock box allowing flexible check in / check out times. The unit doesn't have much of a living room (two club chairs in the kitchen), but the bedrooms are large and each has a private bathroom and a bed large enough for 2 people. It was the perfect space for two couples.

We found the property to be well situated and lovely. Sara was a very responsive host and we loved our stay on the lake.

This is a very special place - the peace and calm of the surroundings lets you hear the birds chirping from the moment you wake up all day long. The beauty and character of the neigbouring buildings and surrounding gardens (narrow stone corridors, arches and beautiful plants) together with the view of the lake made it feel like being in a fairytale. And Bobby, who is such a kind, discreet and helpful person. We absolutely loved our stay!

This is not an easy place to review. Uniqueness, should be the word to describe it. Staying true to history, this amazing villa has been left in the way to let you live and experience older days. You should expect and be prepared to savour this, rather than zeroing on the condition of the furniture, the kitchen sink...... I fell in love with the garden, the trees, large patio....., my sister could not stop admiring the villa itself. The location is to dye for. The host was responsive. The only cautionary point that I should make is that, I would think the host should make it clear that the final, necessary walk, to reach the villa is pretty steep and not suitable for many.

We had a lovely stay. Good off-center location, quiet, with walking distance to the city center. Good value for money and good communication with the owners. We recommend and would happily come back if we have a chance.

Very pleasant contact and quick response. We felt very comfortable. The flat was very spacious, modern and clean. In the terrace we were able to relax and enjoy the sun's rays. We will be happy to come back.

My husband and I stayed here with our two dogs and absolutely loved our time here. Simona is one of the sweetest host ever and she left so many thoughtful touches for us. You will feel right at home staying here. The view from the patio is so beautiful and the yard was perfect for our dogs to play and exercise. I could not have asked for a better house or host!

This was a lovely experience for myself and my partner. Our host Giulia was incredibly flexible with allowing us to eat and become familiar with the town before check-in. The place itself is built on an old medieval castle which was quite interesting & unique. It was charming and had everything we needed and some nice touches like a selection of teas & snacks. The breathtaking views had us in awe every day. The beach directly beside us was peaceful and not crowded. The local restaurants each had their own authentic (delicious!) tastes, and the surrounding towns were easy to get to. This ultimately made our stay extremely peaceful yet exciting. We thought it was handy that we could take a quick train ride to Varenna and Bellano so we did not have to adhere to the more limited ferry schedule - were able to catch a breathtaking sunset this way! Overall, we could not recommend this experience more and was the highlight of our 2-week Italy trip.

We loved our stay in Emanueles beautiful house. Everything was super clean, the kitchen was very well equipped, and the hosts were lovely. They gave us helpful information for the check-in, they welcomed us very warmly and even helped us with carrying the luggage. They also gave us good recommendations for the area. The highlight was the beautiful garden with the stunning view over the lake and the mountains. We would always come back to this place and highly recommend to stay there. The house, with spectacular views of Lake Como, is an ideal choice for families or groups of friends. It is arranged on two floors along with two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, for total comfort. The rooms on the night floor are spacious, with parquet floors that give a warm and inviting atmosphere. The well-equipped wooden kitchen and the large dining room, with a super comfortable sofa, are perfect for moments of relaxation or conviviality. The host's hospitality is impeccable, always available and attentive to every need. Perfect for those looking for a pleasant and cozy accommodation in one of the most evocative areas of the lake.

Very comfortable stay. Clean apartment, nice outdoor area, great view from the bedroom. Able to walk down to the lake (of course as typical for the area with some step work on the way back up), and some good food spots nearby. Annalisa also helped us with finding the best way to enter a hike to a Refugio. Thank you!

The apartment was a wonderful place to stay on Lake Como and Bellano is lovely and quiet. The location is fantastic, so close to the train station (direct train to Milano) and the ferries to other towns on the lake. The Bellano Orrido waterfall is amazing and the town is lovely, with the waterfront walk, a historical centre and plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes. The apartment has a view of the mountains and is so close to the water. Antonella and Donatella were so responsive and helpful - and the apartment was beautiful, with plenty of room. We loved it!!

We were incredibly happy with our stay! Loved the place so much we chose to stay in for the entire first day and just enjoy the house, laying out on the lounges and enjoying the beautiful spa and lake view! Everything was perfect, highly recommend!

We (a group of 5 girls) had an amazing stay in Charlotte's Airbnb. The house is very beautiful, right by the lake, and has a great terrace. Also, it was very clean. Unfortunately, there was not much going on in Musso but maybe it's because we came off-season. It's been fine anyways because the pier is right next to the house so we could easily go the other towns by ferry. Charlotte has been super nice and helpful.

Our stay at Pietralago in Blevio was incredible! The place itself is beautiful, comfortable, and has amazing views over Lake Como. The host was very available and helpful, which made the experience even better. The only challenge is reaching the location—it’s a bit tricky to get to, but the instructions are clear, and it’s well worth it once you arrive. If you’re looking for a stunning, peaceful getaway with spectacular lake views, Pietralago is the perfect choice!
