Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Leavenworth County

Lovely house and neighborhood that was perfect for the children and I. We traveled for a family funeral and my siblings also came by to tell stories while sitting in the back garden. My siblings were also impressed with the house and surrounding area. The house was 15 minutes from Kansas City International, but you don't hear aircraft landing or taking off. We didn't have time to visit museums or other local sites.

Very clean and comfortable and suited our needs exactly! Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This home was perfect for our five night trip to visit our daughter at USM! Incredibly clean and comfortable. Well appointed with high quality linens and cookware. We will definitely make this home our “go to” for future visits to Leavenworth!

My colleagues and I stayed at Mandrake House for a small team retreat. The living area (“salon”) was bright and facilitated an amazing meeting space. All the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and we each enjoyed having our own attached bathrooms. The details were well-thought out from plentiful coffee pods, tea, chocolate, bottled water, and even snacks. We had several really good restaurants, coffee houses and bars within walking distance too. My team and I will definitely return!

Rob was a great host and very responsive as we were there during a winter storm. The house was fantastic with lots of room and multiple areas to hang out. Plenty of towels and extra blankets.

This place was exactly as described and a great stay for me. There is a coffee shop just a short walk away and it's in a very nice neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

I was looking for a cheap, easy place to stay for a few nights in Lawrence, and this place was perfect! Host's instructions on everything were incredibly clear.

When visiting Olathe, KS, this is a most excellent location to stay. Convenient and self-contained with great amenities. Extremely comfortable furniture: beds, couch, chairs and dining table (note: a great view overlooking the community garden). No matter which room occupied, all are comfortable locations. The kitchen provides a great place for cooking and baking. Appreciate the simplicity of the decor. Relaxing atmosphere and feels like a home away from home! I absolutely loved my stay! Very quick walk up the street to the Kauffman Performing Arts Center and several dining options close by. I felt right at home in the apartment. It was nicely cleaned, easy to access, and had everything necessary provided for a comfortable stay. The communication was clear and organized. I would definitely stay here again!

Cozy and nice place made me feel like at home. Not to mention the location is unbeatable if you are here for Jack Stack BBQ or museum visits. Only 6 min walk from the condo door to the entrance of Nelson Atkins museum which facilitated my three consecutive days of visit. Sage is extremely welcoming and responsive. I appreciate the hospitality including the free drinking water and morning coffee. If I ever come back to KC I’ll definitely stay at her place again.

We had an overall great stay. There are just a few things I wish I'd been better prepared for, which are outlined in the 'cons' below. Pros: Very clean, aesthetically pleasing, quiet, comfortable, and spacious. Plenty of blankets and pillows for the five of us. Kid-friendly amenities. Cons: No room-darkening blinds and the area is very well-lit 24/7. Kitchen only contains the very basics - no kitchen hand towel, cooking oil/spray, or spatula for flipping eggs (just stirring spatulas). The location didn't feel entirely unsafe but we hoped for and expected a little nicer of a neighborhood.

It was a nice place and had ample room. Trenton was very responsive and was a very easy to work with host definitely would recommend!

This three story apartment is absolutely beautiful. Light pores into the kitchen from the large window, creating such a peaceful atmosphere. The place was clean and Reidel was very responsive and kind. I would highly recommend.

My stay with Evolve in Overland Park was great. The property is in a great location with many food choices to choose from. Additionally, the property definitely meets the description. I felt very comfortable in and around the property. I recommend staying here for sure and I'll be back soon!

What a great stay! Jessi’s was an incredible host and the place was so cool. It was my birthday weekend and I was reminiscing the old days back in Lawrence. Jessi surprised me with a birthday gift and was more than accommodating! 10/10 would book again.
