Angie was very responsive and helpful in a tough situation. We were stranded in the area due to a snowstorm and she was willing to open her place to us. We didn’t end up staying there due to power being out however we would’ve loved to stay in the cute and welcoming space.

This place was exactly as described and a great stay for me. There is a coffee shop just a short walk away and it's in a very nice neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

Julie is one of the best Superhosts I have had. Fun, friendly and super responsive. I booked this place last minute at 3pm on the day I was staying and she was on top of communication immediately. I did not expect that and it was so helpful. We did mistake the street side door for the Airbnb door, even though the instructions were clear, but Julie was home and got us on track. The apartment was perfect for us. It's great to have a local owner of an Airbnb and not a company. Would be happy at stay here again!

First, Gabe was the most responsive host I have had with Air BNB. The place looked exactly like the photos. Very clean so many nice little amenities, you can tell he really cares about the experience you have there. I wish he owned more properties wherever I travel! Melanie is a great host. Easy to communicate and always ready to help. She is awesome! The place is great for short and long term stays. It comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is good, easy access to main roads. Stores, markets and restaurants are near by. Neighborhood is safe, no concerns or issues. Assigned parking spot, washer/dryer, 2 floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a patio to chill makes this place great. I enjoyed staying here and recommend to anyone looking for a place in KC.

This is great place to stay for KU parents!! Campus is super close and everything is within a 5 minute drive or a short walk. Would definitely stay again!

The location is perfect for most anything in the Overland Park & Kansas City area with nearby access to the major routes for the area. I would stay here again just for the excellent location! The exterior of surrounding buildings are definitely showing their age & could use some help, but the inside of this unit has been updated and is obviously maintained. It didn't matter to us, but I wasn't clearly understanding from the listing that there is a coded door to enter on ground level and then a flight of stairs up to the apartment. At the top of those stairs are two doors-one to this unit and one to a neighboring unit. As another guest mentioned, the neighbors have personal belongings outside of their door. Additionally, there is another flight of stairs inside the apartment to get to the master bed/bath. We enjoyed our stay and found the unit well-furnished and with tasteful decor. The guest contact responded timely to questions.

There was a park next door with a walking trail. It was close enough to downtown that we could have walked if we had wanted to. Lawrence is a quaint town with shopping and good food. The host responded immediately to all our questions. Great place to stay.

Good location. Clean building and unit. The garage door in the kitchen was a fun feature. You do have to pay meter parking.

Stayed here with family for a couple nights. Good location as close to airport and near to old San Juan. Safe neighborhood. Everything clean and as listed. Nice view of the city from 7th floor as well.
