Monthly Rentals in Le Roy

This is our third stay at Linda’s place. We were once again overwhelmed by the kindness and hospitality of Linda and Phil. Their place had everything that you could ever want or need . They thought of everything. Thank you for helping us make some great memories.

Marian was very nice and helpful. And her lower-level space was clean and worked well for us. We cooked while we were there, and the kitchen was well stocked. You do not have your own separate entrance or a barrier between the floors (as it says in the listing), but that did not bother us. Overall, it was a nice stay for a reasonable price.

This was our 3rd trip and as always it’s a favorite when we come to visit family in Batavia and Rochester . Owner is wonderful and the place is fantastic . Watched the NYE fireworks from the back deck and love the location .

Livia's Landing was a wonderful place to stay for our visit to Batavia. Johnny had provided everything we would need. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the view from the kitchen table, onto the backyard and golf course. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
