Great apartment where we stayed with our family (2 adults and 3 children). The apartment is very well located, everything can be done by foot. There is nothing missing in the apartment, it is also very clean and tastefully decorated. Everything was perfect, we'll be back with pleasure.

As soon as we arrived I realized that we would have serious problems, everything was perfect, impeccable, Florence is super welcoming, the apartment is super well located, bus stop 5 minutes away, swimming pool next door, lake 5 minutes away, restaurants and a small market for quick shopping. My family and I spent a month of peace and quiet, even the breakfast fruits were shared with the birds that came to eat on the balcony, everything was wonderful. And of course, as I predicted, on the day of our departure, we had big problems because none of us wanted to go home (Germany), but unfortunately it was necessary, even the tears flowed when we closed the door and handed over the keys. We will definitely return, I hope to come back soon!

We had a great time at Marilyn's in a beautiful and clean cabre. Young and old loved the pool. Thanks for everything Marilyn, we'll be back.

We spent all of August in Germain's apartment, very pleasant to stay in. Very quiet, small friendly garden, beautiful view on the Rhone from the large terrace. The garage is a plus so you don't have to look for parking space with the extra elevator for suitcases! Very good bedding and very nice kitchen, with large closets in all the rooms. The location is excellent, close to the city center and supermarkets. Within a radius of 30/40 km, lots of curiosities and varied and interesting tours to do and our dog enjoyed herself in the rivers and lakes around. We didn't see Germain, but our text message exchanges were very pleasant. Recommended accommodation

We were pleasantly welcomed by Damien's wife, who explained to us all the instructions on how to operate the apartment and the pool! Very nice accommodation, very quiet and relaxing. This is my first time testing such a comfortable bed, I'll remember. I have both been very invested in the surprise given to my boyfriend, I thank them for that.

The accommodation perfectly matched the listing and allowed us to spend a magnificent weekend with friends riding a road bike in the passes around Annecy. The accommodation is modern, functional, and spacious, ideal for 8 adults. Special mention for the hot tub, foosball and darts that added a playful touch to our stay. The neighborhood is very quiet, perfect for resting after busy days. The host was responsive and very friendly, even offering us the opportunity to store our bikes in his garage. Note, however, the stairs are steep and the floor has different levels, which may not be suitable for young children. We'll be back with pleasure to continue exploring the area!

Cat's house is true in every way to the photos and more. The house is clean and equipped. We felt right at home . We have everything we needed for our comfort on site. It's a real haven of peace. Catherine and her husband are very kind and remained available throughout the stay. Exchanges were seamless. We highly recommend Catherine's place and thank them for everything.

We had a wonderful stay with our family, Arnaud was really helpful with local information and really made us feel welcome, the house was as per the pictures and a great place to stay and base to explore Annecy would highly recommend!
