Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Le Paquier

Great stay at Sandrine. Very nice for a short stay, since everything you need is on site (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea, sugar, towels, bed linen...). Downtown nearby, very good location. The house is very nice, very well maintained, impeccable cleanliness. Sandrine is very nice. I highly recommend this place.

We really had a great time in Chanaz, Emmanuel's house is really very beautiful, and very nice in summer because the ground floor is very cool! We were very well received, even with a vegetable crate from the garden, a treat. I highly recommend this little piece of paradise!

It was New Year's Eve! We arrived super late than planned. Henri did everything he could to welcome us! The house was impeccable!! Very good temperature! bedding and bed linen! There's really nothing missing in the house. Really ideal for holidays!! Thank you very much!

A lovely house and garden in a smart, quiet residential neighbourhood only a few minutes walk to Lake Annecy. All facilities very well appointed and beautiful interior. Would highly recommend.

Although for a short rainy stay, we appreciated the calm and proximity to the city center. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. A very nice week spent in Guillaume's place, which perfectly matched the description. Everything was perfectly detailed to us before arrival and before our departure, we found a very clean, spacious and functional accommodation. The view was a nice advantage too. We can only recommend the place!

This Airbnb is very conveniently situated downtown. Instructions for accessing the apartment were clear and communication with hosts was quick. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The sounds from the bar below the balcony was known about prior to booking. We were travelling with kids (early to bed, early to ride) so the noise was not ideal for us, but if you were planning to be out exploring the town yourself in the evening this would not matter. The bar wraps up around 12:30 so we just used ear plugs and it was fine. Just something to note and be prepared for! Thanks for the great stay Carole and Estelle.

Nice stay at Eric's, we did not use the car thanks to the shuttles (the one for the chinaillon passes just behind the apartment). Being on foot with a 2 year old it's appreciated! The bakery and shops are a stone's throw away. The plus: the view from the balcony that allows you to have an aperitif overlooking the aravis and in full sun! The bathrooms are functional and clean as well as the well-equipped kitchen, the apartment is spacious. Eric is very warm in his exchanges and does everything to make sure the stay goes smoothly. The stove heats up very well and quickly when you get home from the day ,it's a comfort. We are delighted with this week . Thank you Eric .

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

Very nice large house, very well equipped and above all very well located near the lake. It's a family home, so not in an impersonal style that can sometimes be found in Airbnb. We were 3 families (6 adults + 6 children from 1 to 7 years old) and it was really ideal. You can eat at 12 people indoors or on the outdoor terrace. The garden is perfect for children with outdoor games. There is an umbrella bed + high chair. Be careful, bring your sheets and towels. Only downside: the first days of the stay there was a heat wave and the bedrooms upstairs were really very hot (there is no air conditioning or fans) but Estelle was able to find us a situation quickly. She is very responsive. I recommend this house!

Villa Marthod is superb! First, I would like to appreciate Nelly and Erika for their special effort to be accommodating- instructed us clearly how to get there since we were coming from Barcelona by car, gave us photos of ski resorts views ,and even adjusted for us for our late arrival time. Thank you! the house? It's perfect! It is cozy, clean, tidy, and well decorated! It has everything you need. We had a beautiful view from the balconies and pool area. We are 16 people - including kids- and it fits us all very well! The kitchen is equipped, it has a hot tub or jacuzzi - though we were not able to use it because we did not have time. Our kids enjoyed the playroom, futbolin,billiards and pingpong so much! The location of the house is just 25 minutes away from Crest Voland Cohennoz Ski Resort. Overall, our experience with Villa Marthod was splendid. Thank you so much for the wonderful and enjoyable stay. We would love to come back! Wishing you all the best and more guests to come!🙂

Beautiful home, clean, true to photos. The environment is quiet, nice view. Good bedding Good value for money. I did not have the opportunity to meet the host but he is very responsive, accommodating and friendly by message I highly recommend it.

We had a great time at Mathieu and Paola's place. Communication was perfect whether before the stay with quick and accurate responses, upon arrival during the key exchange or during the stay as needed. The place perfectly matched the listing photos and description, and we found everything we needed during our stay. The value for money is very good, the only small downside for skiers is the distance to the Clusaz resort (40 minutes drive), but the view is worth it (when the fog dissipates).
