We love staying here when we are back in LeMars. It’s so fun to see the new businesses opening on Central Ave and to be walking distance from the best that LeMars has to offer!

We fell in love with their ability to convert a grain bin into an actual home. This is something my husband has dreamed of doing for many years. If you desire a great get away and relaxing place to do it, I highly recommend a few days in the country with Greg and Ronda as your hosts. It is close to LaMars and easy to visit the local restaurants, ice cream parlors and antique store.

Dawn’s place was located in a nice little town next to a city park with a well paved walking path and pickleball courts. Apartment was clean with nice furniture. Kitchen had everything that was needed. Location came with a reserved parking spot. Laundry services were located on the same floor and were coin operated. This was a great location for my son who had a five week pharmacy rotation in Sioux City, Iowa.
