Monthly Rentals in Laxne

We felt very comfortable in the cottage right from the start. Nature is fantastic. We saw moose, deer, and rabbits. The cottage also had a special charm in the snow and it was very cozy to sit in front of the fireplace. All in all great hosts, nice cottage with great amenities. We will be happy to come back!

I absolutely enjoyed my time at Carina's stugan. Carina did her utmost to make me feel welcome and at home. Communication with Carina was very easy. She always reacted swiftly to my messages and gave me many useful tips. The little hut is very well-equipped, clean and tidy, and nicely decorated. The surroundings are peaceful. Taxinge Castle (impressive cake buffet), Mariefred with Gripsholm Castle and the amazing Mälaren Lake and Strängnäs are just a short drive away. I can definitely recommend this accomodation and I will certainly come back.

We spent a relaxing week in Pia's house and enjoyed the tranquility and the great, large and well-kept garden. There were several seating areas, some overlooking the lake. We especially liked the lake access with private jetty and sauna. There was even the possibility of using a rowboat. Pia was always available to us. The place was easy to find and check-in was flexible and straightforward. The house was equipped with everything necessary, very clean and cozy. The proximity to Stockholm was also great. There were regular train connections from Gnesta. It was 40 minutes away. We can definitely recommend the place!
