Holiday rentals with a patio in Lavapiés, Centro

Cristina was great host, welcomed us with a bottle of wine and olives. She provided reccomendations about the neighborhood. The apartement was clean with everthing we needed for the stay.

I planned to travel to Madrid with my daughter. Due to an injury, Monica kindly accepted to change the reservation and add my nephew in my place instead. Monica is quick to respond. My daughter got the instructions on how to access to the place through the app by a link (the door opened by Bluetooth). It was super easy to get in. The place is absolutely fantastic, as shown in the pictures. It has all you need for the kitchen and washroom. It is spacious enough for 2 travelers. The place is super quiet. This is what my daughter loved the most. It is super well located as you can walk from pretty much every tourist hot spot within 20-30 walk (and enjoying the views of Madrid) close of a subway. There's a lot of restaurants and cafés nearby. Monica checked-in frequently with my daughter to be assured she and my nephew had everything they needed and how the stay went. I will definitely book again if we ever go back and I surely recommend this place!

Fantastic stay near La Gran Vía! The location was unbeatable, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transport. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The host (Tobias) was attentive and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Madrid!

Impeccable apartment, all very clean and organized. Great for groups. We were in 9 people and everyone was extremely happy and satisfied. Mr. Fernando was a spectacular host, totally willing to help everything needed, always wondering if everything was okay and if he needed anything. I recommend with my eyes closed.

Great house in a lovely family friendly area. Very easy to get to airport and into the centre of Madrid by metro or bus.

Writing a review for the first time, can be more complicated, but in this case it's my second stay in the house in Adelaide, so I run with an advantage. I knew what I was going to find, I knew that the house is beautiful, I knew the kindness of every family, so I didn't expect anything to surprise you. In this case I don't travel with my family, I did it with my business partner, the reason for the trip was to participate in FITUR and staying at the property in Adelaide was the best decision we could have made. The property remains spotless like the first time I was, but the most important thing is the kindness and attention of the whole family, everyone is aware that the stay is as comfortable as possible. Very cold in Madrid and yet the house was always at a super nice temperature. I can only tell you that those who decide to use this property will not come out unsatisfied. Thank you for everything, Adelaide, see you in May 2025!!!

Truly in the top three Airbnb experiences I’ve had From Kevin picking us up at the airport and sharing all his local knowledge to the walkability of the neighborhood , proximity to supermarkets, restaurants and metro and an easy 30 min walk into Madrid central it was excellent The apt itself is better than it appears in the photos , plenty of room , spotlessly clean and a great backyard to boot Kitchen and bathrooms also stocked well with the basics to get started and the bottle of wine and snacks were much appreciated If I’m back in Madrid I would most certainly book here again

To go to sleep it is very good, I caught it without anticipation in the new year and for the price, you can't ask for more. I recommend it.

The apartment is spacious, clean and well located. Roberto and his assistant Marcela were always available for questions we had. They responded very quickly. A safe area is located, close to parks, close to a bus station, and a 10-minute walk to the Artilleros Metro station. In front of the building there is a small supermarket, a bazaar, an ice cream parlor, a cafe and other facilities. The building has soccer canchitas and children's games. The price was very good. Very happy with this stay.

I LOVE Madrid and wanted to experience the city in a fabulous apt with a terrace. I had a vision and boy was it fulfilled!!! I think this one of the best homes I've been to with Airbnb. Marta makes things very easy, and her apartment is decorated with a great taste. Location is amazing! Morning coffee on the private terrace - divine.

There is nothing better like feeling at home. Getting from the work day and being able to rest in Laura's accommodation has been one of the best experiences. It is perfect if you go to IFEMA because it is a few meters away and has a bar in front that opens at 7 for breakfast and closes very early at night, which makes it perfect to have good service and not to suffer discomfort. Also, in accommodation I found complimentary coffee that came to me perfect while attending a few meetings before going to the fair. The area is quiet in a family home residential. I definitely put it in favorites!!

Maria's apartment is very nice and comfortable and was very well prepared for our stay with our dog. I answer questions in minutes. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is very good pressure. The calefacion works very well. The artistic touch gives it a welcoming and enjoyable character. The location is fantastic a few blocks from the Matadero area, Madrid Rio, and many other attractive places in Madrid. There are many restaurants, bars, pharmacies, food stores, banks, and much more. Everything is great, the communication with the owner and the site is just as described and seen in the photos. We were 5, the place was a little small, the only thing we missed was that the room had no door. i recommend it!
