Great house in a lovely family friendly area. Very easy to get to airport and into the centre of Madrid by metro or bus.

A lovely industrial-style oasis near Retiro Park. The place was spotless when we arrived and a full kitchen to cook meals for our group. No cars honking, no loud tourists, just trees and relaxation — a rare find in Madrid!

Juan was very quick in responding to any messages. He sent us all the necessary information regarding check in. The house was clean and tidy and has absolutely everything you need. I travelled with my mum, my son and my niece .. we had extra pillows and bedding left and also asked for a late check out which was very kindly granted. The location is great , not even a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro … brilliant thank you Juan x

Truly in the top three Airbnb experiences I’ve had From Kevin picking us up at the airport and sharing all his local knowledge to the walkability of the neighborhood , proximity to supermarkets, restaurants and metro and an easy 30 min walk into Madrid central it was excellent The apt itself is better than it appears in the photos , plenty of room , spotlessly clean and a great backyard to boot Kitchen and bathrooms also stocked well with the basics to get started and the bottle of wine and snacks were much appreciated If I’m back in Madrid I would most certainly book here again

A very equipped and comfortable apartment for the two of us. Everything worked great and the host made us feel at home worried about the details. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need to spend a few days. In particular, that I traveled with a little girl, it was very helpful that I had a washing machine. There is heating in all environments and it is very good. The area is very quiet too! I would definitely come back and recommend it.

Beautiful experience in Alberto's apartment. In the center, a stone's throw from the Metro and the main historical and tourist attractions. Alberto was a friendly and friendly guest and gave us a great welcome. The apartment is small but comfortable for two people and equipped with everything you need. Highly recommended!!!

location is very central. All amnesties within minutes. the place was clean and also warm. Also it does have two nice balconies facing the main building. I recommend this place to everyone who would like to spend some few days in the heart of Madrid.

Helen and Martin great hosts, very attentive at all times, friendly and helpful. The apartment is very well located, one block from Plaza Mayor and very close to the sun gate and the great track. You can do everything on foot. It's over a pedestrian so it's not a noisy street. It's a second floor with stairs, but nothing serious, 29 steps that go up easily. What yes, it's narrow, to be aware of the suitcases. I would definitely pick this accommodation again!

Carlos's apartment is ideal for those who want to be close to Barajas airport. We went by car and it served our stay a lot. Carlos's directions were very accurate and the price relationship with the place is very nice. We were 5 and we were able to rest well. Thank you Carlos
