Lots for the kids to do and a nice big space quick responses and excellent communicators we have 12 teenagers and 4 adults - somehow we managed with only 2 bathrooms!!!

Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

This house was perfect for our family! The pool was the kids favorite place. The house was just as presented and had everything we needed. Thank you Jake!

We were 3 adult couples with 2 infants so we certainly needed space. There was plenty of room and having the backyard with the heated pool and spa was quite awesome. One of the bathrooms had a nice walk in shower and was beautifully updated. The other one was certainly clean and functional but an upgrade there would be helpful. Patrick was responsive and helpful. I mentioned that the closest beach was very crowded and pricey for renting chairs and umbrellas and the next day he went and bought 4 chairs and an umbrella for us to help us along I thought that was a very kind gesture. Beautiful and safe neighborhood people are out walking their dogs or jogging at all hours. Quiet and restful and just really beautiful to be there

This place was beautiful and such a unique experience to stay in an indoor/outdoor living space home. Although neighboring homes are close, you still felt private. We loved the sound of iguanas running on the rooftops at night! We appreciated having our car to get around to beaches and restaurants all over the area. Overall it felt secure and a host or staff was always available.

The home was just perfect for our working vacation. The area is very nice and close to the beach as well as as many other local outlets. Marta is extremely responsive and proactive, and when there were a few issues that arose, she was able to remedy them within 24 hours I would highly recommend this for any family vacation or stay

Quiet and private cottage in a great location. Walking distance to great restaurants and coffee shops and very short easy drive to several Miami area locations such as Wynwood, Downtown Miami and Miami beach. A fully equipped kitchen and proximity to various grocery stores makes this place suitable for longer stays. Free off-street parking is another great amenity.

We loved the architecture and indoor/outdoor space, and the location is perfect for exploring any part of Old San Juan, as well as a short 25 min walk to a beautiful local beach. Like anyplace in the area, the surroundings can be loud and the buildings are old, but as long as you understand and embrace all that comes with it as part of the experience, you will love it.

This place is amazing! The location is quiet and safe. The place is beautiful and well taken care of inside. Robert is fantastic - he left a plate of pastries for us as a surprise one morning as well. 😄

Elton and Maria’s place is very spacious and beautifully set up. We really enjoyed the large patio and outdoor shower. Would highly recommend if you have a rental car.

Jessica’s place is awesome and well worth the visit. Big house lots of space and great pool! It’s walking distance to lots of restaurants and cafes and it’s a peaceful neighborhood and safe.

Lisa’s place was fantastic for our family of five. We loved the outdoor space, and the beach at the end of the street with room to roam on either side was perfect for our kids. An easy walk into town and to food trucks, a great jumping off point for many other beaches and fun excursions. Lisa and Wanda were super communicative and responsive - even helping us get seamlessly through an island-wide black out with a whole-house generator, proactive updates and easy communication. We’ll be back!

Charlie was a great host! He was on site the same day for a special request, and even turned up the heat in the pool without our asking. The home was very well equipped and clean. Despite a long list of amenities provided, we found additional items that we also packed. The pool area was very private and had something to offer in both sun and shade. The astroturf area was clutch for the babies to sit and play. The master bedroom, bathroom and seating area were lush. Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the balconies in the morning and could be at the beach for sunset after a short drive and walk to public access. We would love to return to help make the Wisconsin winter a little shorter 😊

This is the second time I stayed in this AirBNB with my family. I felt very safe staying in this house. It was very comfortable. Christie was helpful and communicative. The house is exactly what was portrayed in the pictures. It was so clean when we entered. Everything worked well. I will definitely come back when I come to Puerto Rico. I enjoyed my stay.

Martha's place was absolutely awesome, everything was clean, it smelled amazing. We stayed on days that weren't too hot and the blankets were warm. The pool was amazing, we paid to warm it up and we were not disappointed. The kitchen has everything you need and there were also recommended places if you need anything in the fridge door. I absolutely recommend it, you will not be disappointed
