5 Star Stay! We are a retired couple and stayed at Brandon’s condo for a month. It was perfect for us. Location is ideal, so close to Strip but away from the busyness…car traffic will be busy if there is an event at the Sphere at night but we were tucked inside and traffic did not bother us. We walked to Bellagio a few times in the evening to watch the fountains. Walked to the LINQ Promenade easily. Sphere is a short walk. Much to do within walking distance. Found the Tuscany Casino nearby to be a nice place to go. The complex itself is well kept, several times we saw a crew picking up trash on the grounds, cleaning grills and pool areas. The pool right by the condo is not heated but nice to have hot tub so nearby. The clubhouse pool is heated and also has a hot tub. Security gates and guards ensures feeling of safety. Easy in and out with gate clicker. The condo is well stocked and clean with everything you need for an extended stay. 1/3 of bedroom closet for your use, perfect stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this airbnb. The airbnb was very clean upon arrival except the carpet in the living room smelling slightly of a dog. Otherwise everything was very clean and pleasant. Plenty of towels and other cleaning supplies were also available. The hosts were also very responsive to any questions or concerns I had! There is a bit of noise at night from neighboring restaurants but this was to be expected. I highly recommend this airbnb for anyone looking to stay in Vegas.

50s couple from England. Have stayed at this complex many times but this was the easiest and most pleasant stay we've had. If the biggest gripe we had was that the bed is really creaky, you can tell that there were no problems in this listing. Kitchen was well stocked and we were left tea, coffee and milk when we arrived. The place smelt great and was very clean. The mattress was firm (just right for us). The bedroom could do with a chest of drawers as we had to leave our clothes in a pile. The hot tub in the complex was regularly out of order. This was NOT the responsibility of the host, but feel important to mention as this happens a lot and is important to us. Hosts were friendly, respectful and responsive, and my wife and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed for a month escaping Seattle winter and working remotely and this place worked great for us. We don’t eat out much and kitchen had all we needed. I have also used the gym a couple times, which was always quiet and empty.
