Lovely stay in lakeside winter wonderland. I was visiting the area and wanted to check out a smaller town in a spot with a nice view. Dan’s little lakeside cottage just outside of Brighton was perfect. It’s super cute and immaculate. The gas fireplace made it fantastic for curling up on the couch with a view of people ice-fishing on the small lake right outside the back door. It was an easy drive to Brighton’s adorable downtown restaurants as well as to Ann Arbor just a bit further down the highway. I would absolutely stay here again!

The place is nice! Orginized and very clean, we love pets and they have pets(very friendly) which is a plus for us, smooth communication with the host and the guest book is very informative like nearby restaurants, activities, etc. The lake is just there, the yard is so huge, lots of activities can be done. Games are also provided for the kids to enjoy, The Igloo is awesome, it’s a perfect place to stay if you are looking to get away from the busy city life!

This was our 2nd trip in 2 years to the house in December. This is a great location to stay when enjoying Frankenmuth. It only about a 20 minute drive to downtown. The house is absolutely gorgeous. It was spotless upon arrival. All of the beds were very comfortable, with everything that you would need for a stay there. There is Christmas tree set up for the season. Renee is a fantastic host, quickly replying to any questions and providing information. I would highly recommend staying here. The view of the lake is stunning and a summer stay there would be perfect. Hope to make it an annual tradition to go there for our family annual trip to Frankenmuth.

The home and location were absolutely perfect! Everything was exactly as listed and was so beautiful and homey. I just wish the weather had been a bit warmer to fully enjoy the outdoor seating and activities. I highly recommend and hope to visit again. Thanks so much!

The place was exactly as posted with everything that we need. I would like to book same place again for my next trip. The host is amazing and very responsive and helpful. We forgot our phone when we checked out but when we pinged Tommy in the next day, he immediately responded and returned to us.

beautiful little place on the main strip in Frankenmuth. we enjoyed the balcony so much even in the rain thanks to the wonderful awning that can be pulled out. the only real draw back for us .... was one, me and my friend are pretty short (lol) so the microwave on top of the fridge wasn't such a great thing. the other is having twin beds in the sond room, although great for kids, it's not so great for adults. I did know that when I rented the place tho. outside of those two things. ..what a beautiful lil place to stay . we had a wonderful time

Zarifa is simply the best host out there. Very responsive, attentive and polite. She truly wants your stay to be the best. I would book with her every time if I could!

We knew from experience that the home and service would be excellent, but we didn’t know how ADORABLE the Christmas decorations would be! Check out the photos! We love staying at Brian’s properties. Linwood in particular has the NICEST master shower, and a great kitchen. Did I mention that the master bath has heated floors? Plus who doesn’t love a FINISHED basement with ping-pong table? There’s also a bright, airy office space, and a large, comfy mudroom for sitting and taking off boots and coats. Brian is always checking to making sure everything is going well. We highly recommend staying with him!

Great home base for family visiting to see the Lions take on the Vikings at Ford Field. The neighborhood was quiet and the space was clean and comfy.

We loved our stay. The house is clean and comfortable and full of thoughtful details. It’s decorated in an eclectic and fun way. We appreciated the Christmas tree and decorations as they gave us a bit of home while away.

Everything was perfect during our stay. The environment was quiet and comfortable, and the location was very convenient for our business trips to various places in Detroit. In particular, the kitchen was very well equipped, so it was very convenient to cook various dishes ourselves. And most of all, Andrea took care of every little detail during our stay, so we were able to stay very comfortably for 15 days.
