Back once more and the house is again excellent, with the great location adding onto the clean and well furnished rooms. Always a great place to relax after a day walking on the beach, the sea air tires you right out!

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property and it was a great homely place for work purposes. Jamie responded to all queries and was helpful. Would recommend staying here and stay here again should we be working in the area. Thank you Jamie.

We enjoyed our stay in this property, it was decorated to a high standard and had a good amount of space for our needs. It had almost all the facilities we needed to celebrate Christmas (we needed to buy a few more trays for the oven but that was about it). One thing to be aware of that we missed when booking is that the bathroom is downstairs at the back of the house, behind the kitchen, which was a bit of a surprise as we didn't remember seeing that noted before booking, however didn't cause us too many issues during the visit. The only other thing to note is there were a few minor maintenance issues (missing/dead light bulbs for example) that should be fixed, however again this didn't cause any problems during the stay, just something that could be improved to fully bring out the potential of the space.

Lovely flat in great area for exploring Newcastle

We had such a great stay! The location is perfect with a mall across the street and lots of restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive which was nice because we got in later at night. The place was extremely clean which is super nice when on the road! I would definitely recommend!

Great flat in a quiet street. Metro stations close by. Plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs in Jesmond. Flat is spotless, warm, comfortable, quiet and light. Very well equipped kitchen with new washer/dryer. Everything you could ever need. Bed was comfortable with quality bedding and lovely towels in the bathroom. So pleased to have found this flat and Ben was a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. Recommended without hesitation.

I couldn't recommend Will & Dawn's place more. The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The instructions on how to find the place were detailed and Will was proactive in communication, ensuring we knew how to get there. We received a warm welcome on arrival. The place was done out to a very high spec. The pool was also a big draw which our four year old boy particularly enjoyed. The location was a great base for exploring Northumberland. We'll definitely be back

Excellent, spacious flat. Really nice touches of bread, milk, coffees, teas. Ideal location for beach walking and exploring the Northumberian coast. Super hosts - nothing is too much trouble. We'll definitely book again.

Absolutely great place to stay with 2 12 year old boys. Brilliant location and so much to do - Caroline gave us some fab recommendations. The flat was in a perfect location - close to the beach and loads of places to eat. The boys loved the bunk beds and I was impressed with the size of the rooms. Kitchen well equipped if you wanted to cook but we ate out for most meals. The bathroom is a wet room - so take crocs for using the toilet after a shower to avoid wet feet - this was not a problem for us at all and the shower was lovely and warm. Lots of little touches were great, biscuits and tea and coffee, toilet roll, cleaning products so if you arrived late no problem - also a shop over the road. Highly recommend as a lovely downstairs flat with parking near the sea - perfect.

What a find! We stayed here for a week with our dog whilst working in Newcastle , great location, peaceful area. Hot tub was an added bonus! This place had everything we needed , was warm and comfortable and a great location . House was spotless , how water was plentiful and showers powerful. Will look to see if this place is free next time we are in the city as a first choice !

First class . Superbly presented apartment, clean and tidy with stunning views overlooking the marina. Thanks for making our stay a special one , we couldn't fault it. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone, 100% . We will hopefully be returning soon .

perfect little hideaway for a long weekend break. carefully decorated, clean and fresh, everything had its place. welcome pack, milk in fridge all nice welcoming touches; inventory of where to find things really helpful; responsive with local recommendations. perfect location we didn't move the car until it was time to leave.

Lesley-Ann was a great host from the point of booking till the point of checking out. The apartment was beautiful very spacious & lovely decor. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone coming to Newcastle anytime soon. Thank you again!

A spacious, cosy flat in a friendly, quiet neighbourhood. Cat was so welcoming & really helped with my same day request to stay at the flat. She made sure that the flat was cleaned thoroughly & made sure it was warm & cosy when we arrived only a few hours later. Highly recommended.
