The accommodation was in a very quite location within a complex,which included access to a swimming pool and gym.the accommodation had wifi and very secure.the main mall is located 10mins away ,there are lots of shops and restaurants. the accommodation is also location near the promenade, which is good for evening walks. it's a cosy apartment and will recommend it.

The unit is clean and provided with balcony..perfect for guests who smoke. Host is very responsive and accomodating..the only thing i was disappointed was my daughter wasnt able to swim in the pool coz its under repair and we werent able to sleep well at night coz the videoke sound from outside gets into the room very loudly..but still we enjoyed our stay..will definitely book this place again! Thank you!

We stayed here for several days, perfect spot for two people who work at night. There was construction in two places nearby but we were still able to sleep well during the day. The place was spotless and we liked not being in a busy area, it was peaceful. The bed was very comfortable, comfy pillows, sheets and blankets. We were provided extra sheets since we stayed several days. What made our stay truly worth it was how responsive Maam Fedy was, we encountered a couple of issues and she was very quick to respond and offer solutions. My husband and I will definitely stay here again!

The host was very responsive. The place, although far from city proper, was extremely peaceful, safe, secluded and complete with basic necessities. The price was worth the stay with the provided facilities and comfort. It will be just challenging if you don’t have any private ride to your destinations but there is a shuttle option if you want to commute. The convenient delivery services are also limited but not zero. Overall, we as a group, are satisfied with our stay.

The place is precious and very peaceful. The space is spacious is an understatement for it is very spacious. The rules are simple and written in a lovely hand write. It felt at home. They have a lovely dog that will great you. I am scared of it but the host was kind enough to make me feel safe. I had a lovely stay. Recommended!

My parents really enjoyed their stay at Sahg's place. Very comfortable bed. Fast internet and lots of movies on YouTube. We ran out of drinking water close to the end of the trip...And Sahg immediately responded with some new jugs. Thank You Sahg.

Definitely one for the books! This place is like my home away from home 😁 Obviously a new condo unit with enough space for everything and anything I needed was there - firm and spacious bed, smart TV, wifi, heater, ref, plates and utensils, etc! The front desk and lobby guards were helpful (or maybe it's an Ilonggo thing) and those I haven't met during the night asked for my visitor's pass. At least I am assured of the security of the place. There was a food market and concert event by the street when I went there but when you go to your room, you'd barely hear the music since you are on the topmost floor. It's also very near Festive Mall and you can go there for food or essentials just in case you forget anything. As for the room, it's adequate for two with separate area for the kitchen and for dining. There are also 2 aircons servicing the living and sleeping areas. The bathroom is clean and the towels smelled fresh. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Iloilo!
