Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lake Whitney

Cozy, beautiful cottage with very welcoming hosts. Would definitely stay again! They are very sweet hosts whose cottage was a restful retreat from our busy weekend. You can see and feel the love they have for being hosts. Cottage is in a private setting with a quick drive to everything that you would need in town and very easy drive into Fort Worth.

We enjoyed our stay! It was centrally located for us to our kiddos. Had plenty of room for us to throw some burgers on the grill and enjoy some family time together! Will definitely be back! House was very clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend it!

For us, this place has been exceptional! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We arrived at our original AirBnB only to be horrified at the condition of that place so we immediately started looking and praying that we’d find another one at the last minute. I reached out to Sharon explaining what happened to us after driving for 22+ hours and she immediately told us she’d be more than happy to help us out. She jumped through hoops to have her place cleaned from the previous renters and to allow us an early check in just to remove some of the stress we had endured since our arrival. Once we walked into her beautiful and super clean home, all our stress disappeared. We were instantly able to get cleaned up and get some rest before all our son’s wedding festivities got started. Sharon was a life saver for us! Very responsive and just one of the kindest humans we have ever met! We can’t thank her enough! ❤️

This was a wonderful place to retreat and relax for a few days with our daughter and her young children. The beds were very comfortable, and the main room is open and accommodating for children and adults. They spent much time playing there with toys that were already there along with those we brought. We also took them to playgrounds in Cameron Park as well as visited the Homestead Heritage shops, which were close by. And they enjoyed seeing some cows at Windmill Creamery (formerly Triple S Dairy). Waco itself has much to offer, and Breanna and Noah were wonderful and responsive hosts. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

Beautiful place to stay, and wonderful host. She was so kind to leave muffins, and plenty of coffee. Place was neat, clean and quiet. and a value priced. Perfect place for a single or a couple to stay.
