Holiday rentals with a kayak in Lake Marion

We had a great time. Very relaxing we enjoyed the fishing. And the home is so neatly decorated. It makes you feel right at home.

We loved it here. I felt safe in the neighborhood… neighbors were friendly! This is a very rural location, not much to do in town but we came to enjoy peace and quiet and some hiking at the national forest. It’s exactly what we needed.

This was our third stay in conjunction with a local fishing tournament. Our reservation was set for Wednesday through Sunday up until the Sunday before when we decided we wanted to go earlier. The reservation calendar showed no availability for the Monday we wanted to add, but after messaging Christine to inquire, she hustled to have the place clean so that we could check in earlier. We had a couple small hiccups, but Christine was very responsive by text message and quickly arranged assistance in fixing them! This is a small, simple, quiet and affordable destination to getaway to Santee Cooper!

I could say a lot about this place, it was fantastic. The house was awesome, just as the photos showed. We have stayed at several homes around the lake, this one takes the cake. They've thought of everything, all the extras made the house a lot of fun. For the boaters, there is a ramp right at end of the street, was no problem tying the boat up at the dock. We will definitely be back to this property in the future!

Amazing place to spend a few days!! Loved the lake views! :) Wonderful and spacious rooms! Located in a quiet and peaceful area. Minutes to drive into town and grab groceries or necessities for the trip! Fantastic dock for walking out on to the lake! Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful quiet neighborhood right on the river. Neighbors are friendly but not nosey, house is beautiful and clean. Really enjoyed my time here and the way I was treated. Thanks for everything!

Stayed at Ben's place for a fishing tourney. Everything was great and it was just what we needed. Price was great.

Lisa's place is absolutely beautiful and relaxing with so many options for inside and out (much more than were able to utilize) Had absolutely no issues finding the place, checking in, or during our stay. Any questions were instantly answered. Loved all the large windows with amazing views and good airflow. Our kids enjoyed fishing off the dock, paddleboat, and kayaks; reading a book in the hammock or deck; and playing pool or the 60 game arcade.. Only wish we had more time than a couple of days! She had it stocked with so many extras if we forgot to pack it. The beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep! Thank you for such a wonderful place for our family to spend quality time with our oldest son who lives close by.

Very comfortable and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck. Our dog also loved playing with Vito, the dog on the property. It's a great location for accessing Congaree National Park and very convenient to go into Columbia for activities.
