Holiday rentals with a kayak in Lake Marion

This is our 3rd time staying at Archie’s place in the past year. It is truly perfect. The home is always so clean and has everything you could ever need to relax and enjoy your stay. We spent our days fishing off the dock and on the lake using the paddle boat and kayaks provided for guests to use. It was truly so relaxing and peaceful. Our evenings were filled with cooking, sitting around the beautiful fire pit and enjoying family. We love playing darts and pool in the game room before settling in for the night. We will never stay anywhere else. This home has something for everyone and is so relaxing and peaceful. Thanks Lisa for sharing your home, we have made great memories!!

Laura was a great host, the place was exactly as described. We enjoyed kayaking the canals and relaxing on the dock watching fish jump. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We had such a wonderful stay at this property! The home is spacious and well appointed, beautiful views of the lake, Sierra and her husband were extremely kind and responsive, our kids all had an absolute blast, and by the end of the weekend we didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking for a place to post up and feel like home then this is it! This is a great house for multiple families to come and have plenty of room to spread out. We stocked up on groceries and barely left the property because it had everything we could want. The on-site paddle boards, kayaks, and boats were clutch. The kids’ room was a nice touch and they loved having their own place to escape to. Even our dogs were living their best life! Thank you for sharing your lovely property with us, Sierra!!

We had an amazing time…our host responded quickly, was very resourceful, and checked on us several times. The fishing was great! The place was clean and comfy! Will definitely be back!!

We enjoyed the stay and the helpfulness of Marcus. Communication was great and he was very understanding and open to specific requests for our stay.

We had such a peaceful weekend. We caught fish off the dock, enjoyed catching up with each other and were pretty much unbothered by anything. We all agree that we had great sleep while there. I hope to return soon.

We felt right at home as soon as we drove up the lovely driveway upon arrived. BEAUTIFUL landscaping, views, sunrises, & sunsets!! SO much for our teen grands to do! From 12 to 70 we were ALL very pleased with the experience!! PS….the sheets were amazing!!!!!

We were here from May 2024 - August 2024, and my wife and I absolutely loved our stay. The place was set up with all the necessities you'd need for a long term airbnb, and it was fantastic. We took many weekends out in the kayaks on the lake. Upon request, Frank connected us with some of the locals to teach us how to fish. Additionally, Frank is a fantastic host. He responded to all of our questions within 24 hours, but usually with an hour. After our first month, our bathroom sink wasn't draining well, and we asked if we could have a toaster. As always, he responded within the day and came over with a toaster and drain-o the following day. Overall, we have zero regrets. If we ever need to come back to the area for work again, we will not hesitate to stick with Frank as a host and do another one of his rentals. Seriously cannot recommend Frank and this Airbnb enough!

We love the place,was what we were looking for our family vacation, quite beautiful cozy it’s highly recommended to be on vacation if you really want to stay away from noises and close to nature
