Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lake Junaluska

I have stayed at Roxanne's place many times. It's very convenient to a lot of places downtown, with parking right outside the door.

I stayed 2 nights in Apartment “A” in October 2023 and give Deana a 5 - Star Review. It was very clean quiet, had all the amenities and the close location to downtown was very helpful to me. I plan to request this Airbnb again in the future. Deana was very helpful with instructions and answering my questions.

Great location - a very short walk to the lakeside trail. We had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Alice and Philip were very responsive.

Irene was amazing and the apartment was absolutely perfect to stay nearby family over Christmas! It meant the world that it was decorated for Christmas and so cozy. The full kitchen was perfect to cook in multiple meals over our trip and Irene even left a popcorn tin as a sweet gift! So thankful and will certainly be back!

This little rental was perfect for our group of 2 adult couples. The location was close to the lake, Waynesville food and shopping, Maggie valley, and a nice drive through the blue ridge parkway. Private entrance. Quiet front porch. Covered parking for one car. Everything was clean. Plenty of towels and linens.

The day we checked in was the night just before Helene hit Asheville. We lost power on the second day, but luckily Lynn and Bill have a generator that secured our usage of power throughout the next a few days. On the third day, we lost the network. But the magical Lynn and Bill had a starlink that kept us connected to the outside world! The network not only kept us informed about the latest news, but also enabled us to send out important messages to the parents for some Asheville School students, so their parents could arrange picking up their children the moment they received the message. We literally became the information distribution center between the students and their parents. Can't thank Lynn and Bill enough for their support during such difficult time. Forgot to tell you that Lynn and Bill have got a beatuiful house and view, nice settings of everything inside. The days we stayed with Lynn and Bill are unforgettable.

The home was nice, no complaints, would stay again. But the stars here are the hosts. I was here for Hurricane Helene. The storm damage was honestly minimal compared to what I would later see in some of the harder hit areas, but I was blocked in by a small mudslide for just a day or so. The hosts happened to be out on vacation, but even through the cellular disruptions, they managed to maintain constant contact and coordinated assistance from neighbors. They took care of me like family.

Incredible hospitality and kindness packaged with a gorgeous and peaceful place. Truly a gem!

This was our fifth year staying at Elevacres. We have so enjoyed each visit. Kevin was, again, a great host. Thank you for everything. We will miss your home as our AVL rental, but can’t argue with you wanting that daily view back. Cheers!

House was perfect for me and my girlfriend, but the house didn’t come with firewood or trash bags. That’s the only thing, otherwise 5 stars! Beautiful place

If you’re looking for a well-kept, comfortable and peaceful place and property for a family get together, this is a must consider. On top of all the wonderful things Asheville offered being only a few minutes drive, we loved going home to this place and have chill time in the outdoor hot tub. It provided us (even our pup) everything we needed for a restful and fun stay. I highly recommend Anne’s house and won’t hesitate to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sergey's place! The location was only a 10 minute Uber to the River Arts District, and less than 15 to downtown. The house was exactly as pictured- clean, quiet, and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Carmela’s place was incredible. It felt like I was at home. It literally had everything I could possibly need. She was super helpful with letting us get there before check-in to drop off our items and head to my son’s baseball game. I will definitely be back when I need to be close to WCU again!! We loved the Casita. You're literally on a mountainside, with the most beautiful views imaginable. It made this mountain gal very homesick for Colorado! Description says 4WD/AWD - and they mean it. Wonderful indoor area, very clean. The deck outdoors was beautiful and was two levels. Diana was a great to communicate with - always reachable. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay - we're looking forward to staying there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Diane’s! The house was better than. described, and was so cozy and comfortable. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax and enjoy our time together. With two floors and living room space on both floors we didn’t feel cramped at all. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of seating for all of us to cook and eat a meal or two. Our son is a student at WCU and it was a short drive for him to come from campus. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of linens were available. Diane made sure we had what we needed and she was very helpful when I reached out. The house is on a hill with privacy and quiet. We look forward to coming back and being able to use the fire pit, it rained a lot during our visit. The driveway is steeper than most but our 2WD had no issue making it up the hill. We will definitely be back to stay on our next visit to Sylva. If could give more than 5 stars, I would!

We really enjoyed a stay and the condo had a great layout. Only complaint is the picture led us to believe we were near the pool and we weren’t anywhere close to water. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

We stayed here to visit family for Thanksgiving and fell in love with it. From the heaters in the bathroom, a kitchen that felt like home, to the peaceful back porch and the comfortable beds we loved every aspect of this condo. Highly recommend!

Amazing place! My aunt and I stayed at this house while we visited some family nearby. We absolutely fell in love with the coffee machine and kitchen. The jacuzzi was also a great perk! Great way to end our 12 hour car ride… just relax the muscles and enjoy. Hosts responded quickly and were very accommodating. We will surely be coming here every time we come to visit in the area again.

The accommodations were exactly as shown in the photos. The home was clean, comfortable and well appointed. It will be our first choice the next time we visit family in the area.

This is a really special home. Not only is it beautiful but the hosts have decorated with items curated from the stores just below the home on main st. Personally, that shows me the pride they have in their space and their town. Our arrival time coincided with a festival and parking was a problem but I would not let that deter me. I would just plan better next time! Hope to return next year.

The condo was perfect and in a great location for our event! The kitchen was well stocked as well as plenty of linens for our stay. Furniture was comfortable and the condo was perfect for us. We had 2 couples staying 2 nights. I have no complaints with the condo. However, I do have a complaint either the “help desk”. The AC quit cooling on our first morning there. My husband called the desk for help while I was in the shower only to be told that they would not do anything about it unless talking to me because I made the reservation. I feel like this was a lazy excuse to get out of helping guests! Why does it matter who calls with a complaint,like NO AC, regardless of who did the booking? I might can understand if it was maybe a financial matter, but not a situation when something is broken or not working at the rental property! Any paying guest staying at the property should be able to report an issue with the property. No one ever came to fix it.
