Family-friendly holiday rentals in Lake Junaluska

The cabin was the perfect fit for our needs. It was beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The location was quiet and peaceful and in close proximity to everything that we wanted to do. Greg was an excellent host. We would love to return for additional visits in the future.

Great location for where I needed to be. Lovely layout of rooms and furniture. Super comfortable couch. Bed was comfortable, linens nice, towels absorbent and generous. It had the easiest keypad entry I have experienced anywhere. Where Asheville feels like everything is on top of you ( being a country girl) I felt like I could breathe here. Lovely back yard. I had pre-made food to bring for family gathering but the kitchen looked like it would have been a place to cook too. We run hot and every place these days seem to use down comforters on the bed which are too hot for us, but in the hall closet were some other blanket choices which we appreciated a lot. Don't want to give this too high a rating or it will always be booked when we want to come.

Convenient spot. Loved the hot tub. Kitchen was good for some basic cooking.

We had a great stay here! 3 families, 6 adults and 7 kids. The driveway is steep, so definitely want 4 wheel drive in the winter months! We had a light dusting of snow. Sergio was super responsive to questions! Everyone had a great trip!

In the mountains-REALLY in the mountains lol. He let us check in early which was awesome! He had clear instructions. It was so clean and the perfect mountain home experience. My kiddos loved the hot cocoa bar and hot tub the most. My favorite was the soaker tub and we grilled out majority of the days at night. The first morning we had snow on the mountains!!! Our first mountain trip and it was amazing! I would come again.

The cabin was excellent. Everything was comfortable and easy to access and completely as described. Would love to come back with the whole family!

This is a great little cabin in a quite area. The cabin was clean and well stocked with comfortable beds. Kelly is awesome and made sure everything went smooth and we were happy.

Great place to stay for a get away to relax. The open layout of the kitchen/living area was spectacular. Cozy and open and bright all at the same time. The mossy woods surrounding the property and visible from the windows was an added element of comfort. Host was very responsive and helped with all my questions to make sure my stay was the best it could be.

Enjoyed a few days here exploring the area and visiting nearby towns. Great place to stay!

This was a great place for my extended family to celebrate Thanksgiving! We had lots of room and the kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We would stay there again.

Our family really enjoyed staying at Smithson’s cottage. The fenced-in yard was awesome for the kids and our dog, and the cottage itself was really nice. We had a great time!

Cute lil stay on a hilltop tiny home. Perfect for a visit to Asheville. Even though it’s a 20 min ride into downtown Asheville, we loved the secluded area and Mountain views. Cow on site made the experience all the better.

We used Greg’s cabin as a base camp for hiking in the Shining Rock Wilderness. The place was incredibly clean and we were able to make it up the gravel road in our small hatchback, despite the dusting of snow on the ground.

Such a beautiful and peaceful time we had! Host is super responsive and communicated before, throughout and after the trip! Thank you once again!

A very nice stay. We had a group of seven and needed five bedrooms. This house was perfect for us. It was very much like a home with puzzles and books and TV and anything else we might want. Once we found it the first time it was easy. We kept forgetting to turn on a light before we left for the day so we came back to a lot of darkness. That was completely our fault. I would recommend this property to anyone who needed six bedrooms and three baths. They were very responsive when we had a question too.

This was our second time staying with Liz and we will definitely return for a third! The view is beautiful! The house is cozy, clean, and the perfect place for families with children to stay! All of the kids absolutely enjoyed sledding down the hill in the snow! I can’t recommend this place enough!

Beautiful property and amazing location!

Thank you to the host and Prestige for a beautiful trip from start to end. My husband and I loved the stay. The condo and surroundings are beautiful. We didn’t run into any bears or bugs! Be careful and courteous going up the mountain. We were about 15-20 min away from all the activities depending on traffic. Everything was great! we plan to return with the whole family next time.

We loved our stay here! The house was excellent and the hosts were great. We were notified as soon as the house was ready and were able to check in early. The house had everything we needed and the location was great. Nothing weird about being in the RV park, you just have to drive through to get to the house. Super close to anything we needed and we could take an uber to get anywhere in town. Would 100% stay here again!

The place was as described with listed amenities and spotless. Loved the fact that there was a fitness center and it was available. That’s important to me. The surrounding is beautiful and peaceful. Lots to do in the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge area. Colleen was responsive and the staff was very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

Jeremy was an excellent host. He reached out ahead of time to let us know of possible issue (out of his control). He was very nice. A pleasure to talk with. I will definitely rent from him in the future.

We spent 5 days here with some extended family. It was an awesome family vacation! The place was clean, had plenty of extra linens, the fireplace was cozy and the hot tub was hot!! We loved it!

very responsive and instructions on how to get there were great made it easy to find. My kids loved it they didn't want to leave. The location was great especially with such nice people on each side and just in the Camp.

Had to book late in the evening last minute and within 15 minutes, they had us checked in and instructions sent to us in how to get into the apartment, where to park, and every detail we could need. Heading down the steps on the way to the apartment, there is a great view of the lake. This unit has nice windows with a pretty view also. Everything we could need was already tackled and details to make our stay smooth were already thought of. I would definitely recommend this location to stay.
