Monthly Rentals in Lake County

We loved staying at Melissa’s house. It was homey and somewhat secluded but still close enough to base and other conveniences. The kids loved the overlook from the upstairs. My son enjoying just hanging out with us after his Navy graduation. Melissa checked in with me after I booked to ask if I needed anything special since we’d be there for thanksgiving (which was so kind and helpful!). We’ll definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area again!

Used this location for a short-term rental for 3 months. It was perfect for my summer internship in downtown Chicago! Conveniently located next to the train station, and it is very close to Highland Park where you can go grocery shopping/ go out on the town for fun! The place is also very cozy and feels like home! Would definitely recommend staying there!

We stayed here for our Daughters Navy Graduation! Close to the base! Good neighborhood! Close to grocery store! It was small but it worked out just fine. The original air bnb canceled on us and we didn’t know until the night before! This air bnb was available last minute and Elvira the house was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay! Elvira recommended places to eat and they were delicious!
