Monthly Rentals in Lake Cochituate

I just completed a long term stay at Marylou's Place and I miss it already! It is the perfect place to rest from a long day at work. The apartment has everything you will need for an enjoyable stay and Marylou and David are wonderful hosts! I am a regular visitor at their place and consider it a home away from home while I'm in MA working! This fall was so beautiful and I loved looking out the window almost every morning to sneak a peak of a small family of wild turkeys trotting through the yard! It was wonderful. I highly recommend Marylou's place to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area. See you again in the Spring!

Nice accommodations with several convenient features. Quiet neighborhood but conveniently located close to downtown Framingham.

Whitney’s place was cozy during very cold weather, nicely decorated and very clean. The location was quiet and convenient for our needs. Whitney was proactive in making sure we knew where to park and offered help with transportation. Would definitely stay there again.

As a former Airbnb Super host, I can honestly say Andrea and Jamie deserve a Super Host PLUS award! We have stayed in a number of Airbnbs and their place exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect. Away from traffic and on a peaceful dead end street that was surrounded by trees , a white fence and plenty of free parking. There was a winter storm that blanketed the trees and it was absolutely beautiful. The Airbnb we stayed in was the guest house and it had everything anyone would need. It was super clean and we felt so at home. The guest house itself was tastefully decorated and even had a front porch to sit on with warm lights. We looked for the washer and dryer only to find out our hosts do laundry for their guests and have it waiting at your front door! The best part was meeting Andrea and Jamie. They are down to earth, positive people who take hosting very seriously. They responded quickly to any need we had. You won’t be disappointed if you book with them!
