Monthly Rentals in Lake Ashton

Place was absolutely perfect for a stay here in Winter Haven. Rachel was very nice and provided us with great communication throughout the stay. My favorite amenity was the beautiful backyard with the heated pool and the pool lights. Also being so close to Lake Ned, the boat ramp was literally right across the street from the driveway, easy and convenient access for boat or water activities. House included with so many hygiene products and kitchen appliances, we felt right at home. Would definitely come back for another long term stay. Definitely the best Airbnb i’ve ever stayed in. You will not be disappointed.

This place was awesome- I drive a big truck - so parking off the busy road was some of a challenge- but, that’s only because of my vehicle size. I loved the place - perfect for my week

Holy smokes!!! What a beautiful stay THIS was. The unit is right on a big lake and has a fire pit and comfy chairs right by water’s edge. Carey was great and her little pup Tiger is such a sweet little soul. Her husband was also very nice and friendly. The cottage is spotless and well maintained and equipped. It’s just well worth the stay, and is priced well below what it’s worth. I’d recommend it to everyone, but then there’d be no time for me to come back. It’s a 10/10 experience!
