Clean, comfortable, and has everything one needs for a stress-free vacation. Location is perfect, nice and close to Paddock Square. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay, Laurie went above and beyond getting us everything we needed. The location was perfect, we could easily walk to a great restaurant with live music. I loved sitting on the back patio watching the early morning fog lift over the golf course.

Mike's villa is in a well-maintained quiet-gated community, and we felt very safe and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The physical space is spotless, spacious, comfortable and had everything needed and more including having available for use an awesome Sonos sound system. Our Superhost, Mike, was incredibly generous with his time and suggestions. You can tell he truly enjoys hosting. He has created a quiet oasis to use as a base to explore The Villages. This unique villa is artistic beyond description. It has been lovingly restored by Mike and filled with his choice of art/furniture collection all for his guests enjoyment. Loved the atmosphere of the neighborhood and meeting some of our new friendly neighbors during our stay. Our host was warm, engaging, and we would definitely stay again!

Loved having coffee on the lanai and reading a real newspaper! Rooms are spacious and have everyone privacy. We didn’t cook - great restaurants close by, but kitchen has all the necessities. Thank you!

Davidson was an exceptional host, his listing was just as promised and more than met our needs. My mother and I had such a wonderful stay and were pleasantly surprised once we entered. Everything was clean and any amenity we could think of was readily available. Davidson was so proactive and eager to meet any needs with excellent communication and pleasant personality. Had a very nice stay. The hosts were very attentive to any questions or issues. We had a connection problem with the TV which our host, Traci, took care of immediately. My wife and I slept in the master bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a nice stay for 4 nights at Diane’s house. The house is very clean located in a quiet neighborhood. Bed in Master is very comfortable. House is well equipped with everything one needs. Would definitely stay again if we visit The Villages.

The villa was exactly as pictured. The neighborhood was very quiet but was in a great location. Restaurants and shopping are less than five minutes away. The Square at Spanish Springs is a five minute walk from the villa. The villa has a very nice private yard which our dog loved. At the end of the street is a cart path and walking path. There was a golf cart, although we didn’t use it, it was an extra benefit of the villa. I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering to rent it. The hosts are local and very responsive.

Susan’s place was more beautiful than the pictures showed. The pool is remarkable. Golf card was perfect! Short golf cart ride to the Spanish Square that had live music every night and a grocery store for all our needs. This place is a perfect stay!

this home is absolutely gorgeous. There was so much to do. kept the kids busy all the time. I really look forward to coming back with my family again!

This is a very comfortable property. Good location to several town centers and the neighborhood recreation center. The owners were very responsive, always within minutes of my inquiry. A very nice outside area and a heated pool that was used every day. I would be happy to stay there again.

My family and I stayed here for a weekend and it was amazing! Everyone can’t stop talking about it and already planning our next stay. The property is beautiful and spacious, there was a lot of options for entertainment such as canoeing, mini golf, swimming, jacuzzi and multiple places to grill. The scenery was fantastic. It felt like having a private mini resort. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We all had a great time.

We enjoyed staying with family to visit my brother who lives close by. The house was comfortable and was perfect for having a nice dinner, the kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials! We are sad we had to leave early to escape getting caught by the hurricane but we would definitely visit again! Hendrick is an attentive host and was amazing at answering any questions we had about our stay!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Rich's place. it was just as described and the back patio view and area was nicer than the pics! Open living space, kitchen had everything we needed, laundry was convenient. Overall a great place. We would definitely stay here again when visiting my parents.

It was a very nice stay, out of the ordinary for Orlando. Very big house, they should allowed more ppl to stay to make your moneys worth. Watch out for bugs!! Paul, the property manager was very accommodating and helpful when needed.
