Patrick was a great host, very friendly! There are many great hiking spots in the area. Especially the High Fens is recommended. However, a car should be available for this. We hardly found shopping and cafes in the (immediate) area, as an alternative in case of bad weather.

Fantastic airbnb, beautiful house and more than worth the money! Breakfast was very delicious and good communication. Beautiful places in the area, Eupen itself attracted us a little less but the surrounding nature reserves are perfect for days of hiking.

Wonderful host with heart and humor Gabriele is an extremely honest and attentive host who, with a lot of humor and warmth, makes her guests feel completely comfortable. Already upon arrival we were surprised with loving welcome gifts such as wine, water, chocolate and a personal menu. Particularly touching was the attention to our dogs – specially provided bowls and a bag of treats that our four-legged friends immediately discovered enthusiastically. Gabriele wants her guests to be happy in her apartment, and you can feel it in every detail. Their open advance information helped to see smaller challenges such as the medical smell in the stairwell or the less well-maintained outdoor area. We – person and dog – felt very comfortable in this little love nest and are grateful for this loving hospitality.

Beautifully renovated, spacious house. Perfectly equipped. In addition to quality amenities and equipment, the games and colouring books were a great thing to have. And the kids loved the "cinema". Only downsides were steep steps (barrier at bottom greatly appreciated, we'd put one at top too), and noise carries up the floors.
