Luckenson's was a wonderful host, great communication and flexible ,Jules was very responsive and accomodating. In fact, the staff was excellent very friendly and positive, I felt like home during my 6 nights . Very well kept home, extremely clean and a safety box to keep my documents. The kitchen was accurate as described with everything in place. Location was great with safe parking inside, and not far from downtown. Indeed, there was no need to go out, they had DJ playing good music on weekend, but I think their drinks are too expensive. I even improvised my birthday at the place with staff, family and friends. Every one was satisfied, and I am also grateful for that. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Cap Haitien. I spent an unforgettable moment in this place. I already want to go back again.the place is beautiful, it attracts people, it is a good place... I recommend to anyone who wants to have a good vacation, when they go to Cap-Haitian, don't go anywhere other than Titus' residence. it's beautiful, it's clean, it's in a good place, it's safe, security 24/7.

Very beautiful view of the Labadee Beach area. Waking up to the views each morning was a change of pace for me. Getting around by boat was very fun as well. If you come here make sure you bring everything you need such as groceries and cash as it's a bit far out from the city to find things. The person helping me named Hypolite was very nice and responsive. Showering in cool water wasn't too bad since it was always hot outside so that wasn't an issue. It can get hot at night though and please remember to bring something for mosquitoes as there was a lot at night. I would definitely come back again.
