My friends and I were very happy to have come back, like the first time we were here we found everything we needed and if possible even more. Barbara was very available for an early check-in and in general was really nice. Of course, we recommend staying in this wonderful home.

Beautiful and spacious house, with outdoor lawn with pool, soccer door, volleyball net, barbecue and much more. The owners were very helpful and kind well beyond the normal welcome. For the next lucca comics, we hope it's still free!

We were in Sarzana in April. From rain to sun, we had it all. The house has a great garden and a nice covered terrace. You are right in nature. When you wake up, you can hear beautiful birdsong. It has a lot of dogs in the neighborhood and dogs are welcome everywhere. During our stay, the military had many exercises with helicopters at the nearby military airfield in the evening and at night. But since it rained often, we weren't outside every night. I don't know if this is always the case or not. Alessandro was always easily accessible and had great tips and hints if we had any questions. 🙏

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

Marco is the perfect host, we felt very welcome and comfortable. The house is perfect, nothing is missing and I have never met such a nice and courteous host.

This house is a wonderful getaway with unbelievable views of the town and Mediterranean Sea below. It’s surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees. You can hear the highway below so if you need total silence be aware. The drive up to the house is nerve wracking if you are not used to small mountain roads and the driveway is very steep, so be aware of that as well. Our group of 8 adults and 1 baby had a wonderful relaxing time and Lavagna is a cute beach town with restaurants and ice cream. Such an amazing place to stay!

We had a beautiful weekend in 10 friends, also thanks to Francesco who hosted us in his beautiful home, impeccable host who left us all the privacy of the case never intrusive and in fact super kind and helpful Beautiful and spacious house, clean and original, large garden and a super pool where we spent an afternoon relaxing and then going to have fun in the clubs in the area (perfect location!) Too bad we only spent two days!

We had an amazing stay at Roberta's apartment. We stayed 5 nights, 2 adults and 2 children. It was a nice apartment with plenty of space. The apartment was clean, the beds good and the kitchen is well equipped. The garden and swimming pool are amazing! The apartment is only a few minutes from Pietrasanta which is a cozy little town with nice shops and cozy restaurants. The sea and beaches are only 10 min away. Took trips to Pisa and Lucca (about 30 min by car) and cinque terre ( a good hour by car). Roberta was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Responds quickly. Got great tips on nearby restaurants and events. Adriana who greeted us lived in the house next door. She was very nice and helpful. She served us lovely Italian breakfast two mornings. Thank you for us, We would be happy to come back. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful place with a spectacular view. Plenty of room but steep stairs to each level and a bit of a goat track to get to the property. Other than that, it was absolutely wonderful. Nicolo's was very helpful with ideas and recommendations and the instructions for the property were very well communicated. If you do not have any physical restrictions, then this is the perfect place to escape, especially if you have a big group.

Diletta was a great host. We sometimes had a bit of difficulty understanding the translated instructions from Italian to English. But she was always responding instantly with any questions we had. We loved her place! The most wonderful ambience, with fantastic views, and a very energetic climb up many stairs to arrive at a beautiful apartment.

Carlo’s Villa Miranda is a peaceful and beautiful place, and Carlo is an attentive host. We enjoyed our time there very much and hope to return some day.

We really enjoyed our stay with our Family at the house! The view is amazing, the pool was a nice extra (especially on the warm days). In the kitchen was everything we needed to cook a proper meal. Everything was clean, we recieved plenty and really fresh towels, clean bed sheets; so that made as really happy! We enjoyed some days at the beach and sigtseeing the area. We just returned from a weeklong stay at this beautiful villa, two families with kids ranging in age from 2 years old to 9 years old. The villa is fairly secluded but we had no problems finding it just through Google maps. The property is essentially fully enclosed so we did not have to worry about the kids wandering onto the roads. The house was extremely clean. Both kitchens were fully stocked with all the pots, utensils and serveware that you need. The outdoors was the best! Beautiful pool cleaned daily; not sure if pool was warmed but it was hot enough outside to keep the temp extremely comfortable. Behind the pool is the beautiful vineyard and volleyball area. The owners were so friendly; they gave us giant baskets of garden veggies and another basket of snacks and so much homemade wine. Elena/Ester were so helpful. The Conad is within 8 minutes away and had lots of fresh produce. We drove into Aulla for coffee and pastries (10 min away). Great base to stay with kids!

Insanely great place! Our expectations were exceeded. Great service and very friendly hosts, the week in Chiozza was perfect! Everything necessary was available in the accommodation. The surroundings are very quiet and perfect for switching off. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice house located in a quiet area. There were 12 of us including 5 children and 2 teenagers and everyone enjoyed the beautiful pool and garden. There was a playroom for the kids. Claudio was very available and kind when we had any questions. Thanks to him also for his advice

A great place to rest. My wife and I were with 2 kids and a dog. When we arrived, we received a lot of information about local attractions, restaurants, how to explore Cinque Terre and Portofino. Davide made you feel great from the start of your stay. You feel like someone makes you feel good here. The house as in the photos fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and air conditioning in the rooms upstairs. Clean and homey. Replacement of towels and linens after a week. A pool with a wonderful view. Tomatoes and basil from the garden are great. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and rest. I recommend it to everyone and thank the host for this stay. We already want to go back.

Beautiful setting and stunning views. The owner explained very clearly how to get to the house and was very welcoming. The house itself is stunning and pool was a great addition. Would recommend for people who want to go away from everyday stress

The apartment is very beautiful with amazing views! Pros: -stunning views and surroundings -exceptional host -clean and felt just like home Cons: -there are some bugs (since it is in an elevated neighborhood )

I planned for a private getaway with 5 of my friends and could not have chosen better! The house was easy to find and the instructions made everything very easy. Anastasia was a wonderful host that always responded quickly, gave us good recommendations of food and supermarkets. The house and property were beautiful and just like the pictures. My only advice is to bring mosquito repellent!

Great starting point for visiting the fantastic Cinque Terre! Unfortunately, we only stayed for two nights but surely it is also necessary to return in summer to be able to enjoy the outdoor space... the apartment exactly matches the description, the kitchen is complete with everything, the beds are very comfortable and the host was super helpful and full of tips. i recommend it
