Dana was a great host and always responsive to messages. We loved the apartment and wish we could have stayed longer (did not get to use the well-equipped kitchen for much, for example, but did enjoy the flavored coffee in the morning!) It is beautifully designed and very functional for a smaller space. Lovely materials throughout and very clean and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is as described in the listing and a great spot to be close to the beaches and other features of the Manati area. We heard the cars going by on the road but it didn’t bother us as we kept the windows closed overnight and are both used to living amidst city traffic; didn’t even need earplugs. We enjoyed the view of trees and sky from the little porch in the morning. Great local recommendations in the guidebook, we enjoyed breakfast after checkout at Veronica’s bakery.

Very nice and clean place. Would recommend place to others. The only problem was opening the garage door to enter apartment when I first arrived. Owner was very quick to respond and help.

Oswilda is friendly, personable, quick to respond to any of our questions. And she makes fabulous coquito! We were an easy drive from anything we needed. The binder full of suggestions about things to do in the area was really handy. We recommend this place without hesitation!
